The property is close enough to walk to Autzen Stadium. There is a great walking trail across the street and the property is next to the Willamette River, All of that is great. The property itself seems tired. The rooms are dark and not very well lit. The bed itself is very comfortable and the bedding is nice. The pillows seemed like they were cut in half and put on the bed. I’ve never seen anything like it before. The breakfast area is depressing and hot. The food choices for breakfast were not great, but the food that was there was very ok. The employees that were working in the breakfast area worked very hard and deserve a 10 out of 10. We stayed for three days and our room was never cleaned. We never got fresh towels or any other service. They were very timely about making sure we got out of the room by 11 AM on check out day though. the indoor pool is dark and also depressing. I would stay there again if I had to, but it would not be in my top 10 choices of places to stay in Eugene. The price of the room was ridiculously high for what you get in return for your money! The photos on ******* truly make the hotel look much nicer than it is so beware. We travel a lot, so I hope this helps other people out.

The exterior of the property is pretty but the interior felt dirty and outdated. The breakfast was gross, we only had 2 bath towels for 3 people for 4 days, no complimentary water and they locked it up in a room at night you didn't have access to it, not comfortable bedding or pillows and just overall felt dirty being there and disappointed in our stay.

Its definitely a nice area with the river walk across the street. I had a really late check in , around 2 am. Didnt get to sleep till 3 am. Front desk amile called me at 730am to move my truck and trailer cause i was parked across 6 parking spots. There was atleast 12-15 other open spaces available and im pretty sure i was probably last one to check in. By the time i had to move my truck and trailer half the parking lot was empty. If anyone knows how it feels to be woken up in the middle of a deep sleep you can understand why i am sooo upset. I believe compensation is in order, not the coupons they offered me on a returning vist as i will not be returning to this location. Ever.

The location of the property was perfect for Parent/Family weekend, the property and surrounding area were nice and we felt safe. The interior/rooms could be updated a bit, but overall clean and comfortable. A little pricey for what it is, but that is every hotel in that area for college events.

Staff was so rude, not helpful. Barged in my room and stayed there with my children present while I was in shower. We got a late checkout from night staff and sat staff came at us like criminals. Threatened us right in front of children. One housekeeper had her naked baby running around

The parking spots are so small it’s not realistic for many vehicles. Many homeless nearby. The bathroom fan was so incredibly noisy and upon check out I told them about it and they said they knew about it the night before but hadn’t gotten to it. Not our best hotel stay.

This was a great place. Close to the park for a morning run or walk. Breakfast was from 6-10 so no rush to get moving. Desk staff was superb.

Bookended two stays during a visit to Oregon. Excellent staff had the perfect balance of friendliness and efficiency. Easy to and from the airport. Great beds and quiet.
