The staff was super helpful and pleasant from check out to check-in. Will definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and relatives.

Good location, very clean and comfortable.

I rented this incredibly overpriced room because it was the only place that I could find a room with two queen beds. Got into the room only to find a king bed and a pullout. I could have gotten that several places for half the price. We checked in late afternoon so it was a reasonable time, not a late check in. Really disappointing.

Considerate and friendly staff who obviously love their job. We commented on the "modern" touches of sustainability and wirelessness along with a breakfast that have good fruit options for those of us who don't eat meat or dairy products. Maybe we need to get out more, but this hotel felt like 2023 and not 2000. Well done Hilton, you listened to your focus groups and gave a new generation what they needed.

There was no issue with the property itself. I like the underground parking free of charge, hotel lobby was inviting and the staff who checked us in were very friendly. Hotel was so spacious and the breakfast was delicious. The fellow at the front desk did a good job educating us about the honor rewards program. However, he forgot to mention about the breakfast. This was our 1st time in Eugene and overall it was a great experience😀

The hotel was great, the breakfast sandwiches are amazing. The staff were great. Unfortunately downtown Eugene is experiencing much of what many major cities are experiencing with safety, drug, and homeless issues. The hotel does a great job ensuring guests are safe within the property, but you definitely must pay attention once leaving the hotel.

Property was nice and convenient for my family. We were attending a band event. Rooms were spacious and clean, but unfortunately bathrooms were not properly clean. We reserved two rooms and in both of them showers were dirty with mold growing in corners and cracks around them. I was not pleased about that specially in a hotel charging over 200 bucks at night.

Very well equipped rooms have everything. Nice pool and ok breakfast. Badly designed bathroom pocket doors won’t latch and slide open halfway.
