Continental breakfast misrepresented badly. There was a bowl of apples and a couple packets of oatmeal and one variety of granola bars. The website shows a full breakfast bar. No dirty clothes bag in the rooms. Other than that the room was decent and the staff was friendly enough.

It was clean and easy access. However, I found it a little to pricy for a motel.

I was a part of the Mario Murillo tent revival where many people were set free made whole and delivered from many chains and bondages! Your hotel was great for location and peace thank you and blessings too😊

the front desk clerk, when checking in did not say there was no room service, just a $20 a day per fee, to my surprise when returning from breakfast that the room had not been attended, so requested clean towels from housekeeping. When confronted the front desk clerk she said no room service do to Covid, advised Covid ended in May, she then proceeded to tell me it was company policy. I do not think this is good customer service. I have stay at that location several times & never been treated like this I will not be going back to Super 8 any time soon or ever

The staff was rude. When I arrived I did not know that there was a $20 per night pet fee. Both the front desk and the manager immediately escalated and became rude. I asked to cancel my reservation because I was not aware of this fee, making my stay now 150-175 per night… and this is a dive. They refused because they have a 24 hours cancellation policy. I asked if they could discount it. The manager proceeded to lecture me on how he has to wash the comforter since I have dogs. He stared the comforters only get washed after dogs stay in a room. I removed my comforter and used blankets we purchased. Lots of bums in the parking lot all night. Fan/ac very loud. Door was filthy in the bathroom. Also the manager told me if I left a bad review that it’s blackmail… lol

Is absolutely inaceptable after 1 week stayed, extended 2 days this employee doesn't see the my extended days sent cleaning the room puts outside all my personal staff not call ,not asking before and this people knows i will extended my day, and ends of they arrive at the place is the surprise that happened personaly has same drinks ant food all disappear and the answer all this..(I sorry) is all ?? Is suck.

this property was under an exterior renovation it was very inconvenient. I had to return to the office each day to reset my key to get in my door

This property is old, cheap poor quality. My thermostat was broken, they fixed it promptly then the AC would not shut off. You can't close the curtains unless you want to cover the AC unit with the curtains, tv remote control broken, tv quality was a very grainy old screen, lighting was horrible flourescent, bath towels felt like sand paper, you could hear people's tvs extremely loud all night in their rooms, there was a very very bright spotlight outside the window from adjoining gas station, view outside window was dumpster with trash all over the ground. Room smelled like mildew
