Great Place to Stay! Lots of stairs, no elevator! So, if you are disabled like we are and don't do stairs well it is very difficult! Comfortable room and bed with a great view of the waterfront! Fantastic Breakfast while watching the ships on the water!

This facility is in dire need of upgrading. The vent in the bathroom was layered in grunge, the bathroom floor was filthy, the heating unit sounded like it was on its last legs, the mattress --- OMG lumpy sagging definitely time to replace. I've always liked Best Western hotels due to standard of excellence - this place isn't that.

Worst place. Dirty, strong urine smell. Top it all the bathroom lights didn’t work due to circuit breaker issue. The worst part was the urine smell. Looks like someone urinated on the wall and they never cleaned it. Will never stay at a Best Western again.

Très bon accueil, grande chambre avec une vue superbe sur la rivière. Nous avons apprécié le petit espace lavabo en plus de celui la salle de bain. Lit très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, mais il pourrait y avoir plus de fruits et de produits laitiers. La localisation est parfaite : à 15mn à pied de la vieille ville, de ses restaurants.

The property is clean and obviously in the recovery phase of the pandemic. The hotel was clean, the staff were very nice and actually made the stay very welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast noted the extra effort by the staff with the omelets. Great job... the hotel will need some updating but that is a result of a couple of tough years. My hope for their continued success- kudos to the staff.

The rooms are spacious and the rooms with a view of the River are nice as well. I had an excellent view. The parking can get a bit tight. I appreciated their daily breakfast offerings that came with an omelet station that was pretty cool. Would definitely stay here again.

Despite the big sag in the middle of the mattress where my husband and I kept rolling into, the bed was more comfortable than it should have been. We had noisy neighbors and could hear a lot of banging. It did have a decent free breakfast in the morning.

Bon emplacement pour visiter, hôtel sympa manque quand même un ascenseur pour les valises .

The property was well maintained. The breakfast room overlooks the bay. So beautiful! There was an issue with our TV and Lorenzo was so helpful. The service really made the difference!

Very clean facilities. Friendly staff. Best breakfast ever. Custom made omelets! Great spa and pool.
