This property is a disaster I stayed for about 1 week ago n the second day I asked to have my room cleaned as the sign says housekeeping by request only When I asked the front desk she act like I had thrown water in her face She said she would have it done the next day it did not get done this was repeated all week Finally on the last day I mentioned Iwas disappointed because my room had not been cleaned all week and I had requested each morning she stayed to prepare to be disappointed again because it was not going to get done She did say that they could give me sheets and towels and I could do it myself Basically my room was never cleaned and the front desk people were very rude

Family of four passing through on road trip. Stayed mid June 2023. Checkin was slow and employee wasn’t very welcoming. Room was comfy and clean. Stayed on the first floor. The window lock was broken and could easily be opened from inside/outside. Deadbolt didn’t work on the main door to the room (believe the deadbolt and doorframe did not line up to engage). Nice having several frozen sandwich/burrito options to microwave at breakfast rather than watery powdered eggs.

The staff was awesome, so friendly and helpful, room was very clean, beds were comfy and it was really quiet.

We went for a basketball conference for my son and his team stayed there as well the staff was great the rooms were cozy. The breakfast selection was not the best.

Friendly personnel, Clean rooms and facility, comfortable bed. No hot breakfast but varied selection of packaged options. Decent coffee. No complaints - will stay again.

Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable accommodations. We were a little disappointed in the prepackaged breakfast choices (hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, etc.) but you could make waffles.

Great hotel. We're hoping to return some day. Modern. Wish the room cleaner would not have entered at 9:30 am since we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door. All around a good place to stay.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff was so very nice! We will stay again.

A pleasant stay after a long drive. Desk clerk was very friendly. The room smelled so fresh and clean! Updates were nice, but the squatty potty is tough on the knees and should have been updated as well, to the new adult height. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was a surprise as it differed from the usual hotel fare and included heat-&-eat breakfast burritos and sandwiches. Easy on/off interstate.

I had a nice stay, the only issue was when I got up in the morning and went to make a cup of coffee the piece that holds the grounds was missing so I couldn't make my coffee in my room. Otherwise the room itself was very clean, quiet, and enjoyable.

Extra points for having not just a large truck parking area, but it's PAVED!

Was on a Yellowstone trip. Booked last minute amenities needed were pet friendly. Breakfast and location. The pics online looked great. Room was subpar. At first walk in found a used Kleenex in floor next to the far bed. Gross. Then the Kleenex box in the bathroom had a long hair in it. The free conditioner travel size was partially empty. The room was pet friendly but my dogs sniffed all night all over the room. One bedspread looked wrinkled rather than freshly washed. Sheets and towels were clean. Breakfast had lots of options available. Except the waffles weren’t that great compared to other places we’ve stayed. The pool and hot tub were nice except the pool was not filled all the way. Otherwise the room was quiet and beds were comfortable.

Our group of five had two hotel rooms for a one night stay. We were all content with the room cleanliness, comfort, and continental breakfast. However, the morning after our stay, housekeeping entered each of our rooms around 8:30 am when checkout wasn't until 11 am. One of our group members was showering and others were sleeping.

When we checked in, found a cleaning issue with the room. But it was the only pet room. However, Janelle at the front desk took care of this and got us another. She is so friendly and professional. Recommend this place because of her total willingness to help.
