It took 30 minutes to stand in line and check in. Parking was adjacent to the property in a parking garage. It cost $15 to Park for one night. We turned in our room cards and went to leave. We were locked in the garage. Had to go back and get the card to get out. Was $258 for one night !!

Was not told I needed to request housingkeepibg in order to get it- they claimed there were stickers in the room that also informs guests- no stickers in my room- figured day 2 they would do it after lodging complaint but it never happened- will never stay at this property ever again….I was aware of $15 parking per night charges in Adavnce but still feel it was excessive and the parking is not connected to the hotel…

Problematic check in. Dining room never open. No maid service ever during 5 day stay. Though bathroom great, water pressure terrible.
Good parking and we were allowed to stay parked thru the end of our checkout day.

We got very little sleep due to what we assume was pipes clanging together until about 3am. Then hammering started soon after. Will not return.

We were in room 537. It has the elevator shaft against are wall. We heard loud clanking and beating noise all night. Could not sleep. The refrigerator was dirty with old spilled food

it was ok. our room 251 needed some better cleaning around the bottom of the shower (red slime/mold) and around the sink ledge i don't care for those sinks because of that. All of the carpet needs replacing. cookies were great! honestly, I felt it was a little expensive.
loved being able to cross right over to the ford center. don't like having to pay for parking.

The one issue with my stay is the fact that I had to pay $17.50 to park in the parking garage. Last time I stayed at this hotel, parking was compensated. It was never offered during check in or check out. As a guest, I don’t feel like I should have to pay for parking. I will be staying at a hotel that doesn’t charge for parking next time. I come to Evansville often and love this hotel, but this was a little disappointing. I realize I’m talking about $18, but when I’m spending over $100 to stay in a hotel ( especially on Thanksgiving), parking should be covered in my opinion.
