Room was clean, staff was friendly. Fun area to walk around.

Finding the front entrance to enter for check in was not easy, we guessed right. Check in was quick, easy and friendly. Parking garage door to elevator was not locked as it indicated it would be. Room was clean and comfortable except for the bed which was too hard but that’s typical of hotel beds. The main problems were 1) the TV wouldn’t work. At 8:30, I tried calling the front desk but the phone wouldn’t work either. Used my cell to call and was told that there was no maintenance to send up to check it but she could send the bartender up at 11 p.m. to look at it. So that’s a No! Next morning at 7:30, went to get breakfast but the front desk said no one showed up, so no breakfast, not even coffee. I inquired about the TV again and was told there was a work order in. Got back to the room at 8:30 p.m. and the TV was on and working, yay! Unfortunately, I accidentally hit the power button on the remote and must have killed it because again, no TV. So overall, this was not the experience I expected and probably won’t recommend this hotel.

This is a review of one room of many for one night only. The positives were that the desk staff were wonderful at check in and the view was amazing. Sunset was gorgeous from the corner room suite. The things that could be better: The bathroom wasn’t all the way clean. Working in the industry, I know a rushed room can have things missed but items were not put back such as the hair dryer, there was hair on the toilet and a crusty old washcloth from who knows when dried over the top of the shower curtain bar. Stains on the furniture. This is on the main street through downtown Everett so expect city noise. Motorcycles were roaring by and on my visit, a crazy man yelling and setting off car alarms more than half of the evening. The hotel can’t do much about that though so of course that’s just part of the deal staying in the city. If you’re looking for a decent and safe stay in the city of Everett where you can walk to businesses right outside the door and all the amenities inside, this is a good one. If you are looking for posh accommodations and tranquility with a water view, head to the places at the marina.

Nice hotel the area was a little sketchy being downtown. But if your just staying inside get a harbor view .. beautiful sunset.

The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly. It was convenient to have a Starbucks in the hotel!

The hotel is clean and good location for going to the arena or local spots. Down side was we'd reserved because it listed they had a hot tub but when we got there it was drained.

Room was very nice and clean . They had the refill bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I’m all for it but wished the writing on it was easier to read what is in the bottle . Counter only had a bar of soap and tissues. Lotion and maybe a water cup would have been nice

Overall, our stay was.....fine. The good: The bed was nice, shower was great (good water pressure, etc.), I think the staff was friendly (see below), room was clean. The bad: The room, by definition, had a window. It was 18" from a black wall. Literally could not see anything. Must have been a dead space room that they didn't want to lose money on. Was not ideal. Also, at check in, they had a DJ playing music on 11 right next to the customer service counter. I thought we were being punked or something. Could not hear a word she was saying. Again, really, really weird.

Booked hotel close to concert venue-that was great. Was looking forward to soaking in the hot tub, but it was out of order.
