酒店位置極佳，估不到這酒店比預期的好，房間空間足夠，職員也十分禮貌

他們給我的第一個房間不乾淨，加熱器是半冷的，並且發出很大的投票噪音， 然後有一天晚上，在我提出投訴後，他們把我換到了另一個房間，那裡的浴室不乾淨，房間有股難聞的氣味。 接待處的經理說話並不友善，就像我必須接受條件一樣。然後他們沒有解釋哪個房間有淋浴，哪個房間有浴缸……無論如何，體驗很糟糕。我不推薦，這個價格你可以找到更好的選擇。

地理位置優越。房間有點過時，客房清潔工作也很少。儘管如此，住宿還是很棒的，工作人員也很可愛。

位置很好，但即使窗戶開著，房間還是熱得難以忍受，淋浴不停地停止，從熱到冷。

Had a great three days at The White Hart. Karen and her team were very friendly and helpful. The property is old and could do with some investment ,but for the money i paid it was excellent and it was so close to the city centre that everything was walkable. .If I have to come back to Exeter it will be my first choice.

Great hotel, really good location, friendly reception, staff and Cleaners, rooms were fine, but the lady at breakfast was shockingly rude both days!

Single rooms were ok when priced around £50-60. Now they are near £100, they are shabby and in need of updating. Moth eaten carpets are not acceptable at that price point.
