Coratel旅館由賈斯珀艾奧瓦費爾菲爾德(Coratel Inn by Jasper Iowa Fairfield)

From the outside of the building, it doesn't look much different than many other 2 star hotels. But the room was very nice and everything was well cleaned. It was a nice touch having the patio door lead out to a small area overlooking the pool (although the lock on that door was difficult to operate.) Price was great so I can't complain about there not being breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the TV was a little bigger than many other hotels. Didn't have much interaction with the front desk other than checking in/out. But that went smoothly and they were helpful

Nightstand recepticals and radio outdated left a slightly inconvenience with charging modern technological devices (lightning connector, USB connector). Water pressure in bathroom was barely beyond a fast drip. Otherwise it was clean, comfortable, and nice. The pool was closed so no relaxation could be had with some water.

The hotel is large but nearly abandoned. The room appears to be clean. The sewer gas smells were particularly unpleasant. Reminded me of the Shining. Had there been snow on the ground it would have had me looking for a man with a axe in the halls or a kid on a big wheel

Very loud. Can hear people in the next room, out in the hallway. Had to put towels down under the door cracks because there was a lot of space where light could get into the room and sounds were easy to hear. The beds were comfortable and the shower was large. The a/c unit leaked all over my room, had to wear shoes inside my room because the floor was wet. I only stayed for a few days, but ultimately probably wouldn’t stay again.

Great hotel and excellent value. Recently updated, comfortable bed, fast wifi, friendly staff, clean, convenient location. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff, and quiet, clean rooms. Would be even better if they had the pool and hot tub in working order.
