This place is a goofy maze.
The mattresses need to be updated, the fitness center is a dump, and the food is subpar at best.
The front parking lot is tiny. To get to the back parking lot there are roads on either side of the building. Forget getting through there if you have a bigger truck.
I woke up one morning to Sherriff officers and Detectives outside my window.
I'll pay the extra money and stay a bit further away next time.

I was in shock at small size of rooms. I had to be moved to a King size bed room, and was charged extra $30. Coffee machine made weak coffee, not great flavor. no other snacks available. I missed the breakfast. closed at 9:30am. should be extended to 10:30 am.
smell in room from air conditioner unit. I have asthma, my clothes felt humid/wet to the touch. from A/C condensation. Hotel is low budget, needs more renovations. and larger rooms. staff was nice, but I'm used to Hampton Inns and Holiday Inns and Hiltons.

The room was fantastic in the bed, quite comfortable. However, my sleep was next to impossible due to there being a highway right behind the property. Disappointing…
I would have liked to mentioned that to someone upon leaving the next morning, but there was no one at the desk, only a box to put my room key in as I left.

I liked the location. It was a short drive to the Melanie Martinez concert in Bridgeport at the Amphitheater. I like the bed and the put me in a handicap accessible room so I had the option of sitting or standing to take a shower. I did notice that the floor was uneven on the second floor but it was not a major issue because the hotel was clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. The lady cleaning our room was the friendliest person so we tipped her. The rest of the staff was pleasant and kind but standoffish (not very warm toward us in the customer service way).

We requested a queen-bedded room and got a double instead. The bed was placed so close to a wall that trousers and shoes could mot comfortably be take on or off.....There should have been a security bar at he end of fthe tub to enable the showerer to safely exit.
In sum: the name of the hotel should be changed to "BW Minus"
We believe we deserve a rebate.

Room was clean and up-to-date. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel rooms at back of the building are close to the highway (about 75 yards) and road noise can be heard in the rooms. The rooms are also overpriced compared to similar rooms in other hotels.
