A home away from home! Some of the B&Bs I have stayed in are beautiful but not warm/inviting.. this place was both. Great location, beautiful grounds and outstanding hosts ( my sister and I could have talked to Lisa (host) and Paul ( owner) all day! We will be back! Thank you!!

In a word: wonderful One of the loveliest and most charming places we’ve ever stayed; I wish we’d been staying more than just one night, and intend to in the future. The historic house itself is beautifully detailed with furnishings appropriate to its era—the attention to detail is remarkable, yet fully outfitted with comforts and utilities of 21st-century life (USB charging ports, Roku streaming). The absolute best of both worlds. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, the company of other guests was delightful, and Paul and Tracey were at all times gracious, accommodating, friendly, and informative hosts. Simply can’t say enough good things!

WOW! What a great place. Paul and Tracey were not only hospitable, but great historical information of the house and surrounding areas. Tracey made a great breakfast both days and made us feel very comfortable. Very friendly and accommodating. She's the best! My wife and I will most definitely be coming back!

Our stay at the Delano Homestead B&B was nothing short of wonderful. Tracey was more than accommodating, super pleasant and quite knowledgeable of the property and area. The building and historical nod was stunning and welcoming. Our room was so comfortable, well decorated and clean, it truly felt like home. An easy get away, with wonderful, caring staff and a robust breakfast to boot! Definitely on our list to return soon. I would give 6 stars if possible!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Delano Homestead Bed & Breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, extremely clean, and relaxing. Tracy and Paul were so friendly and welcoming. This was the perfect place for a weekend away.

The Delano Homestead is an intimate B&B that offers visitors all the comforts of home. My husband and I felt as though we were staying with friends rather than at a B&B. This is in part because of the wonderful innkeeper, Tracey, who always made us feel at home, but we also had a chance to meet the owner, Paul, who was just as welcoming. Our room was charming and comfortable, and very tastefully furnished with period antiques. We enjoyed learning the history of the home when it was owned by the Delano family. We also loved staying in a quiet, residential neighborhood away from the bustle of New Bedford, which was our reason for visiting the area. Should we make a return visit, we will certainly book the Delano Homestead again. It made our stay memorable.

The room was comfortable and quiet and the bathroom was extra lovely. Lots of natural light throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Paul and Tracey were wonderful and friendly. Beautiful place, great breakfast, comfortable bed and quiet. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area again.
