When checking in we had to wait a good 5-10 minutes before someone came to the desk. I reserved a room for 4 adults. The sofa bed was a complete joke!! It was the size of a twin and VERY uncomfortable!! It was the worst bed and sleep that we ever had. I won't be staying here again and won't be recommending it.

Staff was kind & excellent. Hotel, room & rest of facilities were average. They missed housekeeping twice in our 5 days stay. Regardless of our reminders. When we asked for compensation for that, the response was less than adequate. They could not even leave off the car parking charge when we asked.

It wasa nice hotel and staff was amazing. What I had an issue with is how easy I could hear my neighbors which striked a loud conversation around 6am. After being up late for a concert at the Moda center it was awful since I couldn't get some sleep. Breakfast was good but didn't realize the cost. Next time Ill ask questions since I was charged $36 for an omelet and my daughter had a tiny pastry and apple. Love the staff though , very friendly and cute rooms.

This was a great trip to Portland. Not many restaurants around within a short walk, but a short drive or fast food was plentiful. This choice for us was easy because it was in easy walking distance to the Moda Center. Food and drinks in the restaurant downstairs were good but not many options in domestic beers. All in all, a great time.

It was just OK. They jacked the price of valet to $36/day - wow! The room was a bit musty. This is literally the only hotel I’ve stayed in the past 20 years that didn’t have complimentary coffee in the lobby - what’s that about? You’ll be better off at the Crown Plaza for the price that includes free self parking.

They charge freaking $36 for parking. You cant be charging for guests staying at your property. Our 3yr old was hungry at 11pm the night we checked in and we could not get anything close by near the area. 7-11 near to the hotel takes only online orders, no one can walk-in to their store. Remaining restaurants were closed early. Hotel did not have anything good in their cending machine. Homeless ppl around the property. Then we wanted to order breakfast to our duaghter early morning, the restaurants inside the hotel did not pick up our call. We tried 5 times. I finally had to go get something at neaby starbucks where my car was banged and chased by homeless. I will never recommened this property. Only upside was good wifi
