Clean enough. Front desk staff was not so friendly. I wish they had free parking space for guests.

Greta Location, Great Staff, Great food / drinks onsite...

El hotel esta bonito y cómodo, pero el servicio es muy descortés, no limpian las habitaciones a menos que tu se los indiques pero nadie te avisa, el valet parking es exageradamente caro, 50 dls por día cuando en los estacionamientos de la esquina cuesta la mitad o menos, te dicen que mandes un mensaje de texto para tener listo el auto y nunca contestan y tampoco lo tienen listo, no me dejaron pagar en efectivo el valet.

The location was excellent for the business I had to take care of. The bed was great, nice, and comfortable. I didn't like the parking fee for my truck which on the web said 59 dollars when I arrived I was told my truck would cost 80 for the fee since it was a truck. The shower head in the bathroom needs tightening. It sprays sideways out of the shower. I put a towel on the floor so it would not get soaked.

Earl at check in was so great! He really set the mood for my stay. What a great guy! Valet service was super convenient. I’m not comfortable driving in the city so I used it. We were just there for a night for a dance event. Everything you could possibly need is within walking or use the Max a few blocks down! The hotel is in great condition. The only thing I would warn about, is outside noise. I was on the 3rd floor with a balcony. If you’re sensitive to noise, it could be a problem. I put in ear plugs and was fine. felt super safe in the hotel. We will be back!

We had an issue with our original room and they were on top of it very quickly and got us into another room, with an upgrade. It happened to be the same room we stayed in last time so my husband and I joked we need to get that room every time we stay now lol. The night shift manager is great, the front desk guy Earl "the pearl" is friendly and knowledgeable. The valet guys are great. We will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel! The rooms are spacious updated, and have great bathrooms. The bathtub is fabulous to relax in after a long day. I've stayed here at The Paramount Hotel multiple times and love it every time. Bonus: Swine and Taylor Street Tavern--both within the building are excellent restaurants.

The Paramount is a very nice & affordable place to stay in downtown Portland. Close to many amenities. The whiskey bar downstairs has great cocktails, beer, & food. We had a lovely corner view from our room & a soaking tub which was a bonus. Highly recommend.
