Several GREAT things mixed w/ many TERRIBLE things. Will NEVER return. Hidden fee of $60/night for parking!!! Cleanliness 9/10 Staff 9/10 Location 9/10 Style/design 9/10 Comfort 1/10 Ease of use 1/10 Amenities -100 (literally the worst ever) Biggest issue is everything advertised is not what I received. I even made a point of calling ahead of time to see what coffee is in the room. I specially asked what coffee maker was in the room!! I was told a Nespresso machine. Nope. No coffee, fridge or microwave. The lobby coffee was so weak and transparent that we couldn’t drink it. Worse than gas station coffee, hospital coffee, cafeteria coffee etc. To be in Portland I was so disappointed to have literally the coffee I have ever had in my entire life. They advertised a restaurant on site but everything was closed except the sushi, & breakfast options were extremely limited and not appealing to most people (one of the few options was fried pork belly & rice for breakfast?) All outlets/chargers in room were broken. AC temp is controlled by the front desk so you are stuck sweating or freezing (or both) like I was. The decor is suave, but nothing functional. No shelves or place to set things, the only clothing hooks above to toilet/behind TV. The help-yourself storage closet was nice and made things easy. But most of what was promised was not available. it was just dreadful. The app/website which is how you order room service was down. Called tech support & they couldn’t help.
