長居美國酒店 - 克利夫蘭 - 機場 - 北奧姆斯特德(Extended Stay America Suites - Cleveland - Airport - North Olmsted)

Clean, silent, and huge. Nothing to complain except I couldn't find a hair dryer. Not sure if they have or not. Too tired to think about anything and get slept.

The rooms smell very bad. The lobby was smelling a lot. We somehow had to settle with a room after switching a couple of rooms but none of them were really good. The staff was super rude. We asked for a toaster as mentioned in the room notes, and she was so horrible as if we asked for her kidney and as if she was doing a charity by giving the hotel asked her to give. I think the hotel should mention 'Come beg for a toaster'. Overall very bad experience, I would now think twice before going to any Extended Stay America.

I had to wait for more than an hour and a half to check in because the front desk person disappeared and did notreturn to the front desk while i was there for more than an hour an half. Who knows how long he was gone prior to my arrival. Worst experience ever.

Bugs, bugs, bugs...there were roaches in the kitchen about an hour after I checked in. I immediately requested a refund and they still charged me for one night. I have called again for full refund. A real pain. This location needs an overhaul or rebuild. It smells, there are roaches, and its in obvious disrepair. Homeless sleeping in their cars or in the bushes of the parking lot. Overall this is a great area, disappointed this location has been forgotten. I foresee ESA going out of business soon. This is the second incident this month at their hotels with bugs, and I just will not go there ever again.

I had to check out a day early and they refused to refund me. Will NEVER stay at Extended Stay again!

Property was clean we got to hotel after long day and when we got keys the first room we went to was dirty trash in bag in floor as soon as you walked in room floor was not vacuumed had to get second room that had bed so close to wall you couldn't handle get in or out of the king size bed on that side

This place is very outdated. The room was not clean, stains on a pillow, on the bathroom countertop and the floor was not clean either. I will never stay there again.

Did not know silverware was going to cost extra to have in the room. I went to make my food and could not eat it. I had to leave property to get a meal late at night because front desk did not have anything. Also wish there was a safe in the room as I travel for work.
