奧蘭多阿爾塔蒙特斯普林斯/梅特蘭萬怡酒店(Courtyard Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland)

位置差，僅在商業大樓旁邊，步行即可到達。房間裡沒有微波爐。除此之外，這是一家非常幹凈的飯店，還有一個漂亮的泳池區。

We have stayed at this hotel before with and were pleased so made plans to stay again. Hotel is clean, staff is courteous and friendly. HOWEVER, yesterday morning I was in the shower when the water stopped running halfway through my shower. NO WATER in the SHOWER or the SINK. Husband called down to the desk, staff claimed no other complaints had been received. Then I tried to dry my hair and the dryer kicked the circuit off. When we went to check out, I advised staff of the issue. They offered a free breakfast (we were meeting someone so couldn't do that) or points on our membership (we don't belong). They then said they would have Tracy Farendon the GM to call, and never heard from him/her either.

Muy mal atención al cliente pedimos que nos limpiaran la habitación diario y se negaron a hacerlo que porque cuando reserve puse que no quería que limpiaran en cuarto y eso es mentira nunca puse eso … no lo recomiendo para nada además no es un hotel barato para el mal servicio que dan !

We booked this hotel because it claimed there was an airport shuttle. So, we got on the shuttle. Turns out we were dropped off at the Courtyard Marriott at 5425 N Frontage Rd, where the rudest front desk lady said we didn't have a reservation, and offered no other help. We ended up having to take a $50 Lyft to the correct hotel. We would never have booked the hotel if it didn't have an airport shuttle. So frustrated.

muy buen hotel, limpio y precio muy bueno

Front desk was quite rude at check in and totally unacceptable. Incredibly noisy at pool late in the evening and no sleep. Simply horrible

I choose this for the shuttle to the airport but transportation to the airport there was no this service, when it was part of the reservation
