The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Very quiet stay. We were going to have a drink at the bar but the a**osphere was very awkward so we ended up going somewhere else.

We went with a group for a softball tournament. Every group in our party had the main same problem and a few similar problems. The main problem was their staff. The members doing the breakfast were rude to all of us for both nights we stayed. They would not keep the free breakfast stocked. I mean in a bad way. It had so many times where there wasn’t a single thing for anyone to drink or eat (except dry cereal) for half hours at a time. This included at 6am when breakfast was supposed to start and barely anyone was down to eat the food. Now the lesser of the problems it also seemed like every room that was rented from our group had at least two issues. Like mine was the temperatures controller mounted on the wall didn’t work and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The temperature control problem was in at least one other room. This place is brand new….. both elevators felt like and sounded like they would brake at anytime….

Nice property near lots of shopping and dining. The included breakfast was limited, seen much better options at far less expensive hotels. We were 15 mins late leaving our room and as we were headed for the door, the front desk called to scold us for being past the checkout time. We likely won't stay at another Wyndham.

I didn’t like that the breakfast started and ended way too early. I didn’t like that the rooms weren’t cleaned on Sunday. I didn’t like that my sister’s toilet overflowed in the middle of the night and had to clean it up herself. She has to go pick up the mop and bucket and was not provided with cleaning supplies, and they had to clean it up themselves. There were feces throughout the bathroom and she and her husband injested deadly fumes. I was appalled by the lack of concert for their health. They were only given a $50 credit. Their entire stay should have been comped. You all should have at least one streaming service. I am requesting that someone reach out to me or them to rectify their. horrible experience. They were in room 222. Their last name is Holloway. I did like that the hotel was clean and there were amenities on-site.

The only is was that the menu said that food would be available until 11pm and it was already closed at 10pm.

The bathroom door would not stay shut. I had to put the garbage can in front of it to keep it shut. The water in the bathtub ran out slow. The water was up to my ankle while I was taking a shower. I came down to the dining area for the breakfast that's including in the price of the room 45 minutes before the time for it to end and the tray with the scrambled eggs was empty and it did not look like they were planning to replenish them so I went out for breakfast.

Noisy maintenance at car wash across the street, requested room change, got charged for two rooms.

The outsi s e of the frounds and many features inside were great. There were some challenges woth the layiut and structure due to the extreme cold. Also there were some neighbors that did not respect the quiet hours and a securoty staff member that was too busy chatting up guest and getting coffee than walking the floors to make sure quiet hours are being recognized. Structurally the room was not insulated well and the heater aounds like a jet engine taking off when it cycles on in the middle of the night. The cover was falling off the front of the heater as well. Other than those the hotel was great. Good breakfast pancake make, but need better options for the sides. Over microwaved sausage is not good and watery eggs are not apppealing either.
