La limpieza es muy poca me dieron un cuarto que olía horrible! Frondes no hizo su trabajo como era correcto se molestó cuando le dije que la nevera tenía un vaso en la nevera que si podía cambiarme me dio actitud de los 10# le doy un #5

We had a room on the first floor and there was a noisy family nearby. It seemed like they were playing in the hallway. The man yelled at the kids, the man yelled at the woman, the woman yelled at the man, the woman yelled at the kids, and the kids yelled at each other. At 10:00p I called the front desk 4 times before it was answered, and told them about the noise. It did not quiet down for another hour or so. It began again at 7:00a.

Everything was great up to the last day. On the last day there was only cereal or bread as your breakfast choice. If you wanted Milk for the cereal you had a little over gallon of milk to handle all who were going to have breakfast. For the amount of money I had to pay, I expected better.

Before check out. We have Hotel cleaners come knock on the door and when told that we are extending an hour to check out. He than came 15 minutes later and try opening the door. Other than that. great place and Would come back.

Hello, The front desk person that assist myself was wonderful. He was very helpful and made me feel welcome and want to come sgain.

The person that checked me in was so amazing. Ugh so polite so friendly smile was just magnetic voice was so calm low and welcoming. The first room that I was put in I didn't feel ok in because it smelled like smoke...and as soon as I said something the response was immediate concern and "I'm going to give you another room". The ease and convenience was unmatched. Excellent job! Please praise this employee!

Had an emergency situation and needed a room for the night I haven’t been there since the remodeling and let’s just say I’m glad I did. Place was beautiful ,clean and was shocked by the dove products. Will definitely stay again. Thank you
