Adorable boutique hotel. Enjoyed the restaurant connected to the hotel. The decor and a**osphere were great. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again.

The Good: The low price, we paid only $130. The location was convenient for us. Parking was simple and free. Godfrey's Bakery Café in in the same building served wonderful pastries and coffee for breakfast - free to room guests. The Bad: The room was tiny! Smallest of any hotel room I've ever stayed in. The faucet in the bathroom was not connected to the sink, so it moved around and swiveled. No bath, but a small shower with 1/2 of the door area permanently open! Water splashed out onto the floor mat. The room heater was very loud, similar to a city bus.The walls were thin, we could easily hear a telephone conversation in an adjacent room. The room had no facial tissues - no where to put them either, so little shelf space. Also, no iron, or ironing board, and a tiny clothes rack. There was no permanent Check-In counter, only a small, portable table set up in a hallway. Often there was no one "in attendance" at this table. The 2-person elevator was tiny - 3 (normal sized) people was a tight fit.

This was and quaint boutique hotel that’s conveniently located. The staff was really friendly and I had a pleasant stay. I will definitely stay here again.

A beautiful boutique hotel close to DC with the best bakery connected to it! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

the hotel was modeled after minimalist European style. Nice clean with parking lot, definitely much better than those national brand. Keeping the information and definitely go there next time in Washington DC.

Monica, the manager on duty was so sweet and helpful! My room was wonderful in all it’s simplicity. Not like most hotels with all the amenities but it’s very cozy. New hotel that is super kept up and I’m glad I was able to experience it within its first year even if it was for one night.

This 18th century style modern hotel is a real gem of a find. It’s close to DC and the metro and attached to an amazing bakery called Godfrey’s. The rooms are a bit smaller than other hotels I’ve stayed and yet well appointed and comfortable.

I love this place! Everything was positive: the room, a**osphere, service, not to mention the amazing cafe/bakery/ restaurant next door!

Terrible place. Not reflective of the downstairs bakery experience at all. Will never stay here again and we have hotel needs in this area all this time.
