近乎完美的一次入住體驗，服務親切貼心熱情，別墅房間的床和枕頭超級舒服，浴袍質量也非常好。早餐品種豐富，餐廳景色優美，整體來說是在突尼斯住的最好的酒店。

The hotel is conveniently located near the town's private beach and offers various activities and entertainment. The hotel is ancient; nothing new - lack of Cleanliness - Lack of credibility and ill-treatment in reception and employees of the restaurant - There is no refrigerator in the room, and when you ask, they play on you until you check out - If you call the reception, they don't answer - The towel is very old, and you use it in the room, pool, and beach. If you ask for extra, they don't give - One room key only, and if you ask for the second for your wife, they refused - There are two escalators. One sometimes works, and the second down - The rooms are not soundproof. You can not sleep until 00:00 after the party - The music sound quality is very annoying in the party - The rooms are dark, and they're not enough lights - There is one small restaurant, and if you do not go to the opening, you will not find food - The chair on the beach without cover - there is no emergency team or doctor in case of emergency you have to wait for the protection civil or go with your car to the hospital ‏Apologies for this review, but people should know before they book because the prices are higher than before, and the hotel should take it seriously and make improvement

Great hotel , incredible service , the food is super delicious, with a large clean room 10/10 , besides that the pool is magnificent 👌, with a superb view combined with the beach, every staff off the hotel is super kind and friendly, I passed a very nice weekend with u guys thanks a lot , I wish I can recame onother day , cyaa tabarka much love .

athis hotel don't deserve 4 stars, starting with the parking,there's no organisation of it if you can't find a place to park your car you'll end up parking it in side of the road secondly,the reception was so unorganized we found a lot of people waiting for their rooms without knowing what the receptionist doing,one of them was so rude and ignoring people he just worked with his friends and his relatives.we waited until our turn came to get 2 rooms,they said they will be free at 15:00 so we waited from 14:00 to 16:30 and still haven't got our rooms, when we finally got'em we took our baggage and went to search for the rooms,we searched for about a 15 minutes to find them ,we have been asking the working staff there and no one knows how to get to the fricking rooms there's one advantage it's the wide pool and the private beach we could pay same amount of money and we would get a better experience in other hotel,this dar ismail needs to be renewed or close it it's not worth your money
