Tolles Hotel in der Stadt. Hatten wir nicht zu dem Preis erwartet

In March, we arrived to the hotel past 10 pm as our flight was delayed and checked in normally, and got handed a key card for the room. We go up to the room and as I open the door, I see 2 people in the bed. We go back down and I let the receptionist know that there are people staying in the room. She then explained that there were no rooms available in the hotel and that we would have to stay at a different property. She then walked us across the city to some apartments that they owned, and explained that they are only in use during the summer and that they are ‘better’. When we walked in, the whole room, bed, pillows and floor were covered in dust, it hadn’t been cleaned for months so you could clearly see that they were just rented out for the summer. The toilet paper had faeces on the side of it. There was black long hair everywhere. My partner and I then decided to walk back to the hotel and speak to the receptionist and show her the photos of the room and how disgusting it was. I asked for a full refund as there wasn’t a room available for us, and we were not about to walk back to the dirty apartment at midnight straight after a flight. She then handed me the phone to speak to the owner, who yelled at me calling me a liar, that the room was clean after seeing the pictures that the receptionist sent to her, and that she will not be giving me a refund. We ended up contacting *********** and they said that they cannot do anything about it as the hotel has to agree to a refund in order to get our money back. So we stayed at a different hotel and after almost 4 months of going back and forth with *********** and the hotel not replying to them, I got my money back through my bank.

Great location and hotel. Rooms small but exactly as advertised…funky, modern and just what was needed. Note: since covid they no longer have breakfast available, nor do they have laundry facilities available. There is a laundromat a few blocks away.

When we checked in everything seemed okay until we got to our room. The room was way smaller than what was shown in the pictures on ***********, for the type of room we booked. They definitely gave us a smaller room than what we paid for. Apart from that, 4 (!) lamps in our room were broken and hanging loose from the wall and ceiling, exposing the electrical wires. The bathroom had mold in it, the showerhead was broken and the cup provided in the bathroom wasn't clean at all. We went to the front desk the same evening. The owner told us she didn't know about this (we later found out they just didn't care). She told us she could call maintenance the day after. They didn't have any other rooms available. And we had to come back again the day after. She didn't seem to wanna help us/care at all. The next day we talked to this other member of staff who offered moving us to one of their other properties in the city. She asked us to come back again the next morning. The next morning we spoke to someone different again about us being moved to the different property. Suddenly there was a different room available in the same property. When we got to the room we came to the conclusion that this was the room type we actually paid for. We also found out that they put new people in our old room without fixing anything. Overall the service was very disappointing and we weren't the only ones with problems. We also overheard other guests complaining at the front desk. The hotel also didn't offer any breakfast service even though they do mention this on ***********. The rooftop bar also wasn't open and there wasn't any other food or drinks service provided apart from a communal hostel kitchen. The rooms don't have hotel basics like a mini fridge, a safe and a kettle for tea. You can definitely get a better room somewhere else for a better price.

飯店更像是青年旅館。不存在或令人不愉快的工作人員、不存在的清潔服務、住宿期間沒有更換毛巾、空調非常吵鬧，最重要的是，這種噪音值得參加夏令營。每晚200 歐元對於一個糟糕的酒店來說是一筆很大的費用

This place has been my most favorite place to stay! Everything rates a 10 .I wish there was one in every city. I would only stay there. It is fabulous, people wonderful and nice sheets😀

在我們到達之前，我向酒店發送了幾條訊息以獲取資訊。我從未得到任何回應。當我們到達我預訂的公寓地址時，我們被引導到這家酒店，沒有給我們任何解釋。當我們到達那裡時，儘管我預訂了一間有 5 張床的公寓，但還是給了我們 2 張磁卡，上面有 2 個不同的號碼！我去看了住宿，那是兩間小飯店房間，有四張床。我回到接待處，帶我們來這裡的年輕人開始向我解釋說，我們預訂的公寓已經被租了（因此超額預訂），而且他只剩下這兩間臥室了！顯然這不是他的問題，他也不關心我的痛苦。在電話裡，她的經理告訴我，如果不適合我們，她會退還她所支付的價格。那是下午 6 點以後，我不知道周六晚上在法魯哪裡可以找到 5 個人的住所！我被扣為人質，要嘛我同意留下，要嘛我和我的3個孩子睡在車上！所以我們留在那裡。飯店很吵，房間很小，浴室真的很小，清潔不太乾淨，共用廚房太小（當我們到達時，冰箱已經裝滿了）。我們的房間很暗，因為它們俯瞰著一個很小的內部庭院。照片中顯示的露台並不在那裡。總而言之，我們被騙了，因為我們租了一套漂亮的公寓，配有設備齊全的廚房和 5 張床，但我們發現自己住在 2 個帶共用廚房的小房間裡！

Lovely room with great ensuite. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Great location within easy walking distance of shops, dining and the beautiful marina.
