Hotel food is terrible or worst i have experince in kanpur,Lift not working all time ,TV not working,Intercom not working ,very discomforted stay & will never reco***d or stay in this type of good looking but worst hotel again my life.

Worst service and behaviour by reception staff while making the booking they will tel you that we will provide early check-in but you have to pay charges they never give early check in. Bathroom always smell dirty.

Fantastic hotel location wise also good hardly near 5-10 min away from the railway station nice rooms and Nice staff Football ground is also one thing that attracts the guest Breakfast was awesome and room rice was also too great . Highly recommended to all of You if you visit kanpur for two to three nights. The deluxe room was also good

I stayed at Citi Club located in the heart of the Kanpur city, and while it boasts premium class facilities, I was somewhat disappointed with the room size. The location is undoubtedly a major plus. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The fitness center is also excellent features. However, the room size left much to be desired. It felt cramped, especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or as a couple. Despite the small space, the room was beautifully and well-maintained, but it's important to ***age your expectations in terms of size. In summary, if you prioritize location and premium amenities over room size, this hotel could be a great choice. Just be prepared for cozy quarters during your stay.

Wonderful Stay! The rooms were clean and hygienic. I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Appreciate the hospitality, food and prompt service. They have 5-a side football ground as well, well enjoyed.

Recently checked in this property food and staff is good .having good experience here the staff is well coordinater and helpful will try to come soon here with family food quality is good and hygienic

Old Style Hotel No restaurant inhouse and only room service of food. Delayed services. Charged for breakfast whereas booking from ******* was mentioning included breakfast.

This is worst stay in this hotel, washrooms taps are not working. this booking is breakfast included i choose more amount at the time of booking but srill hotel charged me for breakfast.
