For a Wednesday reservation I arrived 1 hour prior to check-in per the properties policy. No issues with that even though the parking lot was a ghost town. I walked to the front desk where two employees were talking to eachother and requested to check in.They seemed like I was interrupting their chat and was immediately told no rooms were available and would need to wait till 3pm without them even checking my reservation and what type of room I even had. Again fine, as it is per hotel policy even though multiple rooms had to be obviously available. I go back to my vehicle out front to wait the hour out. After 10-15 mins 2 separate groups of patrons walked in and were able to check-in. I grabbed my luggage and returned to the front desk and mentioned I had witnessed two other groups able to check in early and the employee said it was just one group as if that justified it. I get situated in my room and wanted to grab some ice. The bucket was in a cabinet which was odd. I get it out and it had a layer of dust and dirt so bad you could write your name on it. Obviously hadn't been cleaned in awhile so I went to the lobby with new staff. They were very kind and resolved the issue. Hotel doesn't have "do not disturb" signs and have a policy to enter your room every 24 hours. I only stayed one night so this didn't apply but it's a concern your schedule and privacy takes a backseat. Decent breakfast. Like other reviews the staff is a coin flip. Some were great, some don't care at all.
