Excelente hotel, com ótimo pequeno almoço e staff super prestável.

This hotel is situated 30-40 minutes walking distance from the city centre. It definitely shows its age: things start to fall apart here and there. The biggest problem was that air conditioning was not working in my room. Just couldn't turn it on at all since the on/off button was broken. The bed was comfy, water pressure was great, wifi speed good enough. Breakfast was okay. Staff is very friendly and pretty effecient.

Nice hotel and good option for business trip

Hier een nachtje verbleven voor een tussenstop in Sarajevo. De auto hebben wij gratis geparkeerd in de garage. Service van het huis is dat de medewerker dit voor je doet. De kamer was vrij verouderd. De knoppen van de airconditioning waren niet meer leesbaar waardoor je geen idee had wat je instelde. Het bed lag prima, de kussens daarentegen niet. We kregen beide een tweetal kussens met dezelfde dikte. De vulling was minimaal en daardoor kon je niet lekker liggen. Bij de receptie om extra kussens gevraagd met meer vulling. Dit was niet aanwezig. Dit was een enorm minpunt want we hebben beide erg slecht geslapen op de zachte kussens. Het ontbijt was zwaar onvoldoende. Bij aankomst bij het buffet rond 8:30 uur waren veel dingen, waaronder roereieren op. Deze werden niet meer bijgevuld tijdens ons ontbijt. Verder stond nergens een bordje bij en werden kaas, zuivel en vleeswaren niet gekoeld. Eén van de obers heeft bij het afruimen een vol glas over onze tafel laten vallen, alles nat. Zonder excuses van de ober of snel opruimen, voelden wij ons genoodzaakt naar een andere tafel te verplaatsen. Rond 9:00 was er van het ontbijt weinig meer over. Ander vreemd punt: personeel eet en drinkt continu van het buffet. De badkamer was in orde. Goede douche, voldoende handdoeken. De locatie en wellness faciliteiten maken dat wij het hotel een voldoende geven. Het hotel is niet Novotel-waardig.

Very nice hotel, all the staff was lovely, and especially the young girl in the spa in the evenings who was amazing and very helpful! The pool is nice and warm, breakfast had a lot of choice. Few cons: the carpet in the room was quite stained and there was also a massive spider hiding in the corner of the ceiling, and only one treadmill out of two working in the gym so we always had to wait to use it.

To be honest, the reason why I came back to this hotel is because I can accumulate Accor points. The bar serves no beer, no wine... I wonder why the hotel still has a bar, just to serve coffee, tea or juice. If you want to keep an European standard, this is unnaceptable! When I arrived, I asked for an iron to fix the shirts which were folded in my trolley, and it was denied. Business travellers often need this kind of service, therefore it is unaceptable to deny borrowing an iron to a business customer. Floor cleanliness in the room was bad, I wonder if it was vacuum cleaned at all.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Booked it as we didn’t want to be right in the city centre, but there is a very pleasant 20 minute walk into the city which we loved. Parking here is really easy, garage below the hotel for a good price. Only minor thing to note is the faint smell of smoke when walking through the corridor. Our room itself didn’t smell of smoke but parts of the hotel did. Something to be mindful of as a non-smoker! Enjoyed our stay though and would recommend staying here for Sarajevo

Lovely check in with friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable with views over the river. Breakfast was good with eggs made to order but could be a bit busy with many people queuing for things and all going in different directions. A lovely but long riverside walk takes you into the city centre. It is convient for the train station. Good checkout with friendly staff who arranged taxi pick up.
