The first night there was a party that went out of hand / was extremely noisy at a very late hour but the staff made it up to us by giving us a complimentary meal the following evening that was outstanding.

The rooms are large, clean and suitable for families. The location is beautiful with snow capped mountains, it is relaxing and enjoyable.

Check in was very efficient and the room we stayed in versus the cost was incredible. I will satay here again guaranteed.

Pretty decent hotel. Excellent location but a little bit outdated. The rooms were large and well equipped with a kitchen and everything you will need if you're traveling What I didn't like was the fact that none of the windows in our room had any type of security or protection there was no screens there were no child safety mechanisms in place on any of the windows which made it easy for the children to fall out if they got too close. However the resort is in the perfect location and it's perfect for groups traveling together who want quick and easy instant access to the slopes. But if you are traveling with children please be careful around the windows. Overall the place is a little bit outdated and it hasn't been renovated since it was opened over 24 years ago however it is in fairly decent condition overall.

Great ski in and out location. Nice to have underground parking. Comfy beds and lots of space for the five of us. Great to have a kitchen option for meals.

Make sure you reserve at the restaurant brfore you come. We got there at 7 and they weee booked until 8 pm.

Great location to access the Fernie ski area (ski in/ski out). Lot's of space in the apartment and very comfortable.

Extremely dated with zero charm or comfort. Fraying carpets, uncomfortable couch with no pillows, the place is rundown and in desperate need of renovation. Overall terrible value. Definitely won’t stay here again.

Had a great time away at the Lizard Creek Lodge. Perfect location adjacent to the ski hill. Amazing views from the lobby and our room. Staff was friendly and attentive. Special shout to M****e at the front desk who was "amaizing". All staff were great. Will definitely be back!
