Very comfortable hotel with very attentive staff - very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was much more than we expected, and very tasty. Something for everyone in the family. The lemon infused water being available in the lobby 24/7 was very comforting and tasty. Thanks so much. :)

I don't understand how this hotel has the rating it has. I wasn't impressed at all. It older with I guess new paint. The room had a weird smell. The toilet didn't want to flush. The shower was dirty, with hair in it. Thankfully I checked in at 12am and was too exhausted from the six hour drive to complain. I will never stay here again

Our check in was fast and the guy was extremely professional and helpful. Beds were VERY comfortable. Room was clean. Not impressed with the coffee in the room or at the breakfast, but I do love my coffee so maybe it’s just me… Nice convenient food pantry items if you need meds or food. Overall it was perfect for our one night stay.

The hotel is in a bad neighborhood and the rooms are outdated and overpriced. The shower wouldn’t drain so you had to stand in water to shower. Yellow stains on the bed covering so I had to purchase a sleeping bag just to lay on bed. I was very disappointed in ******* and will look elsewhere for rooms . The condition the room was in I deserve a full refund and expect ******* to refund me !!!

It’s an older hotel but the staff was extremely nice, breakfast was fine & room was comfortable & clean. It’s in a very quiet area so that was a plus as well. No complaints.
