Stay here often when traveling and doing odd jobs and different gigs. Would recommend to lower income travelers or transients

We checked in and they gave us room with no TV, no refrigerator, no microwave and the room had a shopping cart which the housekeeper used to clean the rooms with and the room was filthy and they us another with no microwave and it smelled terrible a dirty couch and stained linen and dirty bathroom

Not well maintained at all! The management has let the place get so bad with ***** & criminal element that not one pizza place will deliver there anymore! The maintenance guy is not smart enough to order the correct size dumpster, which means every single week there is stacks of trash scattered about all over , feeding the very large rats & hoards of raccoons ! FILTHY & GROSS! The daytime manager (person in charge) Is the worst person to actually trust taking payments ! This person is not only a liar but is simply a thief! Clearly been stealing money from honest people for along time , for example this motel did not allow new occupants without getting a damage deposit! Nothing wrong with that policy , but this lady will then tell you there is no record of you paying a deposit in their computer! I was stuck staying there for almost a year and no longer had my copy of a receipt, most always they don’t even give out receipts unless you push them ! The worst place from quality to customer service! The city of Fife would b better off with this place shut down !

No complaints with staff, they were nice and courteous. Room was filthy. My door and several other doors looked like they had been kicked in before. Dead bolt would not lock and no secondary latch. Woke up several times to people fighting. Armed security patrolling 24 hours a day. Fridge looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Microwave looked like it had caught on fire. People looked like they lived there. Box spring for bed sat on floor. Bad neighborhood. I was supposed to stay there for 5 nights, checked out after 1 night. Hotel staff didn't question it, just reimbursed me my money.
