There was a very strong irritating smell throughout the building. Maybe cleaning supplies? The tv in our room cut off after approx. 20 - 30 min. each time we tried watching it.

Everything was great. The staff was exceptionally awesome. Very accommodating and friendly.

No coffee creamer in the room and the breakfast area ran out too. We were put in a ( nonrequested ) handicap room but that was ok except the bed was SO LOW and the TV was mounted where it was unable to be seen in any comfortable place.

The staff went over and above expectations. The only issue I can say I had, was the tub didn’t drain properly. By the time I got done with my shower, I was ankle deep in water.

Dated. Did not deliver on brand standard, reputation, or value.

Clean, comfortable room and kitchenette, stocked with everything we would need. The staff was courteous and helpful.

The couch was uncomfortable but the bed and linen were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean but it was like the carpet had been wet and not properly dried as the living room smelled like sour laundry. The halls also smelled of smoke and the elevator was not clean.

Our room was OK with the exception of the bed which didn't seem to fit the sheets and the sink and faucet in the bathroom; there was hardly any water pressure in the faucet and the sink was clogged.

Loved this facility - clean, spacious, and very comfortable bed. Shopping is directly across the street and staff is wonderful.
