What a lovely weekend at the Dutchess Inn & Spa. My husband and I checked in on a Friday and left on Sunday. We were greeted by the wonderful Megan who graciously showed us around before our massages. Leading up to the trip, she also helped me via telephone strategize massage & hydrotherapy bookings. Our massages with Ynez were very therapeutic and relaxing — the hydrotherapy was the perfect way to decompress. We had the absolute of privilege of staying in the Bailee Suite, which was as clean, comfy and cool as they come. Special shout out to Jessica & Lily at the front who are a delight. The location is perfect! We were walking distance to everything. (Not to mention the solarium and rooftop with a view of the whole town). Thanks to Bethany for curating an impeccable spot with tons of personality, unique touches and extreme comfort. We will be back!

We had an incredible stay at Dutchess Inn. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. They were able to get us into a larger room because our room was flooded with no extra charge. The hotel was very cute and highly recommend for any couples. The massage was OK in my opinion. It was not worth the money we spent. However the $40 for the hour in the spa was really nice. The room was very cute and clean and I really liked the whole vibe of the hotel.

I was fortunate enough to book an appoin**ent for a facial with Leslie right after the busy holiday weekend. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Leslie and felt comfortable immediately. Stepping into the spa room was an experience for all the senses. It was beautiful, comfortable and smelled incredible. Leslie was intuitive to my needs and gave me one of the best facials I’ve had. It provided the relaxing escape I was looking for.

They put us in a room with no windows that was boiling hot. You are unable to control the temperature in your room at this hotel. We asked the staff to lower it and they did not. Called them a few times and finally they agreed to bring a fan but didn’t bring it. Otherwise this is a very nice hotel. I just can’t give a good review when we slept terribly and yet paid so much money for the room. The place seemed empty so I’m not sure why we ended up with a windowless room. Bummer.

I dont believe the place is good value for its very high prices. it tries to be warm and meditative and serene, but it doesnt quite get there. for the prices they charge, i would not recommend it. there are charges for late arrival, the room did not have a desk chair. the water pressure on the shower was low. there was no bathtub. instead of a window, there were these weird blocks of glass. they couldnt get it together to have ready made coffee in the morning. instead of that, a do it yourself Keurig machine. not the spa a**osphere they go for. at these prices, i would not go back. having said that, the location is great and the beds were comfortable and the staff tries hard.

This Inn is beautiful!! The service is great and they are pet friendly! They truly are pet friendly! We brought our kitty brothers who love traveling with us and we had an awesome time!!The grounds are beautiful and the spa is to die for!! We loved, loved loved our couples massage and the hydrotherapy bath! The rooftop area is gorgeous!! We think it’s a hidden gem! It is very conveniently located too right in town! We love it! We will be back!

Overall, great service. The property is modern and chic. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely visit again soon.

Lovely place, extraordinarily well-appointed, many attractive details - and the solarium/roof garden is a wonder.

This is a beautiful property and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. Staff were all very professional and helpful. We each enjoyed a massage which was also a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. There are restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance of the property. I would recommend this property and plan to return.
