我和妻子在1月底在Tyrian住了4晚,爲了一個拍攝假期,我們喜歡這個地方,不能推薦足夠高。幾年前,我曾經爲Tryrian寫了一篇關於Tryrian的免費評論,當時我曾經到墨爾本出差,我很高興地建議沒有太多變化,所以對Tyrian團隊的充分信任。我們在一樓有一個牀位單元,寬敞,安靜,設備齊全,每天服務,配備非常方便的小廚房和洗衣房。我真的覺得這種設置比狹窄的酒店房間要好得多。位置很棒,距離布倫瑞克街只有幾米,有多家酒吧和所有預算的驚人餐廳,隔壁就是一個小Coles,太方便了。如果你很高興是20-30步行或短途電車/出租車/Uber騎出CBD,我挑戰你找到更好的住宿地點。快樂旅行,保持安全!!

Not recommended for those who value their personal data security and privacy. Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections. Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment. None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests. FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building. The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful. In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross. I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind. The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.

I have stayed at these apartments many times over the past 10 years. They have been slowly degrading and in need of an update, but the location and free parking have always won me over. However, I stayed for one night in late January 2022 and will not stay again. The reception staff were really great, but the cleanliness of the apartment was not acceptable. My doona had a blood stain on it under the doona cover (not seen until the morning) and there was more mould in the showers than I have ever seen in my life! We also had 2 bathrooms and were provided with one piece of soap for the whole apartment. I have continued with this accommodation as it degraded over time, but I will not be back. A thorough clean and replacement of blood stained doonas would be a first step to getting us back.

The location for us was perfect. We have family living in Fitzroy, so this hotel was very central for catching up. We stayed for 3 nights, left for two, and returned for another two nights, we were able to leave a suitcase whilst we were away. The pool area is great, with fire pits (if required), bean bags and comfy seating. The pool (outdoor) is slightly heated so pleasant to use. The hot tub is undercover and has easy access. The rooms are modern and in the suite we had a kitchenette with microwave, medium size fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There was complimentary coffee pods with a Nespresso machine. The room is a little tight if you like to spend time in your room.

房間算大的，牀也不小，兩成人加一孩子沒問題。酒店離市中心有點距離，不過對於喜歡用腳步丈量城市的我們，不僅走到了唐人街，還走到了維媽市場（打車要10澳元左右，叫滴滴8澳元）。航班原因到酒店很早，無法提前入住，這點沒有國內酒店靈活，在澳洲很常見。

網站上的圖片是給前廳的房間。星期四,星期日和星期一要花190美元,星期五和星期六晚上要花198美元。就在裏貢街,交通非常雜。房間有一個小陽台。奇怪的是,卡爾頓沒有一家連鎖酒店,但是入住了鐘樓(非常基本)後,我們選擇了這家酒店。它確實有一個小電梯,但是你走過停車場,經過箱子和舊傢俱的碎片,垃圾箱等,就可以到達它。房間本身也很大,有獨立的浴室(很小的淋浴間)和小廚房區。乾淨衛生,毛巾不錯,衛生紙很便宜又薄,總是讓人擔心。我們離開前一晚,我們房間的空調停止工作,衛生間門把手鬆得很大,螺絲掉了下來。由於科維德,萊貢聖城本身看起來就很悲傷,許多餐館和商店都待租或永久關閉,5晚的租金將近1000美元,我們不會再住在這裏了。

客房設施很齊全，非常方便，飯店位置環境清淨，附近餐館很多，有多樣選擇，若想自己煮，附近也可購物。服務人員態度親切有禮貌。

柏悦酒店 位置好 - 靠近柯林斯街和議會站。周邊環境多為歷史建築。 前台工作人員在抵達時提供了詳細的入住指南。 酒店目前正在裝修，房間裏有些噪音。 有早餐服務和餐飲質量問題。 餐廳登記的等待時間有點長。 我點了兩個煎蛋-全熟，我妻子點了一個煎蛋卷。-廚師被問到餐桌號碼，不幸的是，我們桌子上沒有號碼顯示，當我們第一次到達餐廳時，也沒有人告訴我們餐桌號碼。所以我們告訴廚師，我們會自己去拿雞蛋。 我們回到我們的桌子，我們問了一位女服務員我們的桌子號碼-號碼是40號。 我妻子走到烹飪台，拿起她點的煎蛋卷，還告訴了廚師我們的餐桌號碼。我的全熟煎蛋還在烹飪中。 後來我走到烹飪站去自取。廚師告訴我，他已經做了煎蛋，他的同事已經去送煎蛋給我。我轉過身來看向我的桌子，我看到一個女服務員拿着一個盤子在附近尋覓，我迅速走到她面前。我看了看盤子（兩個煎蛋-全熟），我告知她這是我點的，但女服務員説這不是我點的。我告訴她，我剛從烹飪站回來，廚師告訴我煎蛋的事，它在你的託盤上。但她説這煎蛋不是我的，她沒有聽我的，她不相信我告訴她的話。但我看到她走到下層用餐區的另一張桌子（因為我被分配坐在頂層用餐區），把兩個煎蛋給了別人，（今天早上有多少客人會點同樣的兩個硬煎蛋？）。那位客人和家人似乎沒有點它，當他們收到兩個硬煎蛋時，他們的表情非常困惑。 過了一會，同一個女服務員給我們送了兩次外熟內生的煎蛋，這並不是我們要點的。 我走到烹飪站，廚師談過。廚師心情暴躁，不停地重複他要求工作人員把雞蛋送到我的桌子上。餐廳經理也在場，我讓廚師冷靜下來，請讓我解釋一下發生了什麼。 餐廳經理説這衹是桌號問題。我已經表達了我的觀點，並希望餐廳能提高更好的溝通技巧和客户體驗。這家餐廳沒有一張餐桌上擺放了桌號。 我已經離開餐廳去樓外打電話，我妻子在餐廳繼續吃早餐。 在我離開餐廳之前與餐廳經理交談後，服務員再次將其他煎蛋送到我的桌子上-（我已經告訴餐廳經理，我必須去辦事，請不要再做煎蛋，我不想浪費食物）。 在我看來，餐廳的一些員工缺乏員工培訓，當我試圖解釋第一次發生的事情時，廚師表現出來的不耐煩和易怒的。在與餐廳經理交談後，我非常理解她首先以敷衍的方式找到了一個非常合理的理由——表現的是漠不關心。她非常體諒員工，而不是理解顧客，所以可能很難以這種方式改善這家餐廳。這不是桌子號碼的問題，而是表達方式和態度。-從登記用餐到離開全過程，衹能給予3星級 - 上述評分標準來自他們的態度和行為-整個過程無法達到柏悦級別。而且早餐質量也不太好。 在今天退房之前，我已經和前台經理談過上面發生的事情，希望他能將上述情況反饋至酒店管理團隊。 這家酒店最好的是-老門人-五星級的態度和行為。熱情友好！一團糟之後，這位長者的微笑和關懷讓我們感受接下來又會是美好的一天。
