康布萊所羅亞斯酒店(Complesso l'Oasi)

Un posto completamente diverso dalle foto che sono pubblicate nelle varie piattaforme che forse sono di vari anni fa. Il ristorante è chiuso, la piscina pure… Tutto è fermo…. sembra ad un altro decennio! Mobilio ed arredamento datato, rovinato e maltenuto. Insomma forse una stella, certamente non tre! Un vero peccato, potenzialmente un gran bel posto.

Ci siamo recati per 2 notti venerdì è sabato, abbiamo trovato una piscina chiusa, un frigo bar completamente vuoto senza manco una bottiglietta d'acqua, mobili tutti graffiati antichi, invasi da zanzara, la cabina doccia per bambini, il televisore sembrava finto praticamente non funzionale, materassi senza topper da mal di schiena, per la colazione per non parlare pessima, è un personale praticamente inesistente, a volte basterebbero i piccoli dettagli a fare la differenza in un hotel. Il posto, anche se datato, non sarebbe neanche male ma già dal check-in capisci che non sarà un soggiorno felice e ci sarà poca ospitalità e cordialità da parte della gestione ( credo familiare ). Molto grande con parcheggio interno incustodito

Mai visto un hotel così… veramente da non andarci…. Da brividi!!! Posizione buona ma per il resto DA DIMENTICARE..!!! Dalla colazione al soggiorno per finire alla piscina non utilizzata!!!da brividi……..

The transportation sucks. The staff are all great. No pool, & no dinner. Restaurant but only breakfast.

I couldn't use the pool because it wasn't working. Cleaning and air conditioning very good The wifi very unstable despite a change of room closer to the reception. Very far from the center, 35 minutes by bus and metro. I do not recommend it to people without a private vehicle. With the exception of 1 very rude and bad-tempered person, the treatment was very cordial and friendly from the rest of the managers.

The place was sub par. There Pool was broken but use it there advertising. It had been broken for some time. The windows were falling out in the bathroom. And you had to contact the front desk to get a drink

I booked the hotel since we needed a place to sleep for the night as we transited home. There were very few options due to the late date when booking. The hotel description noted they had an airport shuttle. After arriving in FCO we found this was not true. While not the hotel’s fault or problem, it was extremely difficult to find a cab willing to take us there. We were repeatedly quoted 85-100 euros to get to the hotel. I finally was able to book an Uber and spent 45 euros for a 20 minute ride. The return was also difficult even though I set up a ride the night before. That one was 75 euros. I’m still trying to learn why. The staff was wonderful. The free breakfast was decent. The room was dated but clean. The property seems to need some updating. The free wifi didn’t work in our room. While a serviceable hotel, if you need it merely as your bed for the night due to an international layover, don’t stay here.
