尤諾之家套房酒店(EH Suites Rome Airport Euro House Hotels)

My husband and I stayed on the 3rd floor in one of the older rooms. It was spacious-meant for a bigger family however the ceiling was slanted and we hit our heads a few times getting out of bed. It had a queen sized bed, sofa, and two twin beds with a little kitchenette. The beds were very stiff and the springs could be felt when laying on it. The bathroom was fairly small. The shower head could not be adjusted, it didn’t drain well and the doors didn’t close completely. We had to keep turning the shower off to keep it from overflowing while taking a shower.The sink in the bathroom had a leak only when you turned it on. One of the ceiling light shades was broken and couldn’t be closed completely.

The room was clean. The area around the hotel was dirty and very congested. We asked for a shuttle from the train station to the hotel but didn’t realize that we needed to make arrangements 24 hours in advance. We wanted to use the shuttle to the airport- the description said that shuttle was provided- it wasn’t. I was told it would be $10 euro per person. A taxi was $7.40 euro and the “free” shuttle should have been $40 euro. Not very convenient. No restaurant or bar at the hotel, no coffee in the room. We had to walk to the gas station for morning coffee. About 2 blocks.

La atención del personal excelente. Las instalaciones y mobiliario viejo y en mal estado. Sofá cama terrible, servibar no funciona.

This property was conveniently located to the airport. However, the Wi-Fi was nonexistent. Add the air conditioning did not work.

Hotel was nice. It looks like it has changed names recently (Google Euro Hotel Suites to find it). Rooms are in a series of small buildings. Buildings have good security and elevator access. Airport transfer has to be arranged by the guest and costs €30-40. Local taxis are about a third the price if they are not on strike. Our transfer driver was 40 minutes late and we nearly missed our flight because of long lines at the airport.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, clean, and omfortable rooms.Secure parking. Short drive to the Airport.

Obwohl das Hotel "Euro House Rome Airport" heißt, liegt es es in Fiumicino. Von FCO Airport zum Hotel kostet die vom Hotel angebotene Taxifahrt (auch Airport Shuttle genannte) ca. 20 € für einen Weg !. Ein reguläres Taxi mit .Taxameter Abrechnung nimmt 15. Das gebuchte Zimmer war auch keine Suite. Die Rezeption ist nicht 24 h besetzt. Macht sich besonders bemerkbar, wenn früh das bestellte Taxi nicht pünktlich erscheint.
