Nachts wurde es sehr schnell eiskalt. Die einfache Wolldecke im Bettlaken war sehr dünn. Nur kaltes Wasser aus dem Hahn, die Dusche habe ich gar nicht erst versucht. Auf der ca. 100m entfernten Bahnlinie fahren Tag und Nacht kilometerlange Güterzüge mit sehr lauten Dieselloks. Die noch näher liegende Straße ist da noch das kleinere Übel. Die Matratze war extrem durchgelegen. Eine der schlimmsten Nächte die wir jemals in einem Urlaub hatten.

The man who was staffed the night we were supposed to check in was a creep and very rude. He was watching us on his cameras and that made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t list our baby in the reservation because usually a baby is not a big deal if listed or not. The man ran to our room and said we lied to him about our baby and told us that we needed to leave and proceeded to stand and watch us gather our things. He told us we could not stay because of the baby not being on the reservation and we had to pay extra. We paid extra for our baby because it was late and we were tired from the long drive. After paying the extra fee he then told us we still couldn’t not stay because there we were too many of us. We were charged for the night anyways even though we couldn’t not stay. The man didn’t care about us at all. He just wanted his money.

The attendant was extremely rude. He kept watching us on his cameras making us feel very uncomfortable. We didn’t tell him about our baby because we thought we didn’t have to because it’s just a baby but he kicked us out saying we lied about who was staying in the room and still charged us for the night even though we weren’t allowed to stay. It was late at night and we were tired and it was just really rude and inconsiderate after the long drive.

I rang the bell no one came, I had to end up knocking on the window. The next morning my husband went to get coffee (per the sign coffee is available at 6:30) at 6:30 door was still locked. Bed was to hard, train across the street practically all night.

Way better than the motel we stayed at the night before. If you’re looking for a budget place, this is a clean and comfortable option. No bugs, clean shower and comfortable bed

Porte très mal isolée (pas de coupe-froid). L'air rentrait. Il faisait froid dans la chambre et nous avions de la difficulté à régler la température. De plus, le bruit des trains qui passait en était amplifié par cette porte mal isolée.

The staff was very friendly. Facility was clean n so were the rooms. The train was loud but i was too tired to care.

Wir sind mit allem sehr zufieden. Kommen gerne wieder hierher.

The hotel was clean and had the basics. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay again.

The staff, checkin, and checkout were great. For the price, a pretty solid motel. The rooms seemed up to date and the appliance were clean and functioning. Sadly leaving a lower because the towels and sheets upon checkin were kinda dirty. The location is nice too. Maybe a bit a of a walk, but only a 5 min drive anywhere around flagstaff. I’d recommend it. A good find for the price, but the laundry might need double checked.

We were disappointed to find hotel located right next to railroad tracks with trains coming through every 15 minutes. Beds were hard. They were supposed to have coffee ready at 7am but it wasn’t.
