Very well located motel. Clean and well appointed room at a great price.

We were just passing through Flagstaff, AZ and were only at the Budget Inn from 10pm-10am but it was a great place to stop and get some rest before getting back on the road. The room was very clean & the staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Plain Jane Hotel ... nothing special at all! Good if you can't find anything else. In another town is should be about $50.00 less than what they charge. Blah! Most of the other reviews are right on so it is what I expected which wasn't much.

Property is in a convenient, town center location, couple of minutes to drive (or walk, if you prefer) to several food establishments. Unlike other 2 star hotels, this one is NOT close to railroad tracks, and there is no noise from the trains passing by (the trains pas, at least. every 30 min). The furniture is a little old, but overall, this is a decent motel.

I don’t have any complaints with this property other than with the snow removal. I would have thought by 9a.m. They would have had the walks and driveways cleared. Even at the front office the walk wasn’t cleared. Had to wade through about 10” of snow to get in. Then was afraid of falling due to the ice.

The hotel lobby is closed off to guest. Only a small room is open for check-in. The Hotel is not safe, at 3:30am night time someone snowed on my room door and said they are security, I peek through viewing lens and found a black man and woman outside the door. I yelled to them to go away. They left 2 min later.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and beds are very comfortable . There are many places to eat and visit. I would recommend coming here and staying.

Good location for one night stay with local and chain restaurants nearby as well as gas stations. It is a bit pricey but this is ski season. You might be able to do better.

This is an older, “no frills” property. It’s location is excellent, walking distance to NAU and many restaurants. While older, the rooms were extremely clean, well appointed (fridge and microwave), quiet and comfortable. Check in was easy, staff was excellent. I honestly left “wowed” by our experience, especially for the budget friendly cost. I’ve stayed in many high-end hotels that fell very short of Budget Inn’s cleanliness and service levels. Would definitely recommend!!
