Super convenient location, and staff was very friendly. The room however is very old and the carpets are extremely dirty and smell musty. My kids took their shoes off and within 5 minutes their socks were black from walking on the floor. The room is also very small, especially if you open the fold out bed. Very little room to walk through to access the bathroom and door.

Liked the location and breakfast. Our room had a few issues with the bathroom... the toilet was not properly bolted to the ground to it banged the wall every time you say down or shifted... and the tub didnt hold water it just slowly drained. Our room keys also wouldnt work after one or two uses... no matter where we kept them.

It was just over night for us so it was fine but the bathroom was pretty small. Sink was separate (out of the bathroom) so that was actually nice but again very small. They did have a playpin for my 20 months old but it was part broken. Still able to use it but no the best condition. Bed was really uncomfortable, it was a regular coil bed, not memory foam. Customer service was great.

We liked the convenience. the room was stuffy and smelled of mildew. we checked the water line behind the toilet and it was dripping. Tile was wet along with baseboard and drywall. one mattress was good... the other the springs were tired. Breakfast was simple but good. dining are was clean. the kids loved the pool, I loved the spa.

The day clerk at 3 pm on our checkin date, 11/07/2023, was argumentative and obstinate when I mentioned the pet fee ($35) was outrageous in my opinion. She claimed their rate was the least expensive in Flagstaff which I doubt. She even suggested cancelling my reservation and going elsewhere. She needs to be replaced!

This is a nicer Days Inn. The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. I had an accessible room and it had a walk/roll in shower. My favorite part was the front desk person/manager? Cami. She is amazing and goes above and beyond. She remembered me from a past trip. I would recommend staying here.

Room a good size. Good laundry facilities. Very helpful staff at reception, nothing too much trouble. A way from downtown but easy to get an Uber. Only negative was sound of the train crossing horn.

As a three star hotel overall it was an excellent experience. Clean room w clean bedsheets. Tv and remote and climate control worked well. It was quiet and the hotel grounds was clean.

rooms were clean, reception people were very nice, I had to have my key reactivated twice, which a lil bit of a pain, bed was not too comfortable mattress was very soft. but other than that, things were nice.
