We were very impressed with this hotel. Very nice, clean, convenient to other local cities and attractions, quiet. They offered a wonderful, hot breakfast. The suite was  very comfortable having  the couch off in another area was nice as well, provided a comfortable area for sitting and relaxing. We will definitely plan on staying there again when in that area!!!

For the life of me I can’t understand the 5 star reviews. This hotel is subpar at best. I regretted our stay within 10 minutes of checking in. The ONLY reason I didn’t leave is because I wasn’t traveling alone and didn’t want to inconvenience everyone else. I’ll start with the fact that the TVs didn’t even accept Roku/Fire Stick. The channels offered were pretty garbage. Thankfully, we went during Christmas so we found a couple of decent movies. The complimentary breakfast? Throw it in the trash…LITERALLY. Same exact lackluster options 3 days in a row. At least some hotels rotate between bacon and sausage. Not this dump…nasty sausage links every day. You can tell they just don’t care. My mom (who loves her breakfast) skipped it after the first day. Oh, and good luck getting your room refreshed if you’re staying less than a week. A week in this place? HARD PASS! Customer Service? What’s that? Most of the ones I interacted with are clearly there just to get a paycheck. They don’t even greet you when you walk through the door. The only positive I can say is that at least the rooms and hotel itself were clean. My advice to you: spend $20 more a night and find yourself a much better place in the area. You work too hard for your money to go to a hotel where you are not valued as a guest.

Good location. But the lobby and dining area needs some serious updating. Seats were all very warn. Beds are not very comfortable and definitely not queen size. And the pillows were terrible and small. Nice staff though.

No the balcony was looking at the hotel across the street. Also no smoking on the balcony was B.S., its out side, doesn't make any sense to me. They should mention that in the description on the room.

Our stay was okay for the most part but there are definitely things that could be improved. The room was clean & spacious. The separate seating area was nice. The beds were fair but the pillows were flimsy & flat which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The free breakfast was very disappointing. The sausage was decent but the eggs were watery. There was a decent selection of cereal but the only fresh fruit they had both mornings of our stay were apples, no bananas or other fruit to pick from. The hotel itself is in a good location near lots of restaurants with a Wal-Mart right behind the hotel. It was quiet for the most part but we could hear planes overhead landing at the airport since we were on the 4th floor. Not a problem except when you're trying to sleep. Maybe a lower floor would not have this issue.
