洛雷納套房住宿加早餐旅館(B&B Lorena Suites)

샤워실에 유리문이 반밖에없어서 물이 밖으로 세어나가 계속 닦아줘야 했습니다. 그래서 시설은 3점으로 선택 했습니다. 위치는 우피치 미술관이나 피렌체 대성당이 20분정도 걸어야 해서 3점으로 선택 했습니다. 마트가 근처에 있어서 편리했습니다! 서비스는 친절하긴 했는데 이탈리아어로 밖에 대화가 안돼서 의사소통에 불편함이 있었어서 3점으로 선택 했습니다. 청결도는 전반적으로 깨끗해서 4점으로 선택 했습니다.

La propiedad está excelente, las personas que otorgan el servicio son amables. Lo único malo fue que estaban en obra en el exterior y resultó un poco complicado transitar con la maleta.

Bed and breakfast molto carino! Personale molto cordiale e colazione in camera top. Distante dal centro circa 20minuti a piedi (con molta calma),ma con la possibilità di prendere i mezzi urbani (1.50€ al biglietto durata 90minuti). Camere spaziose e come da foto. Letto e cuscini davvero comodi. Nulla da segnalare. Super consigliato

We had a lovely stay at Lorena Suites. The staff were so friendly and helpful despite my embarrassing lack of Italian. Our room was large and beautifully decorated with plenty of places to store our items. It was clean with an excellent cold shower - just what you need after exploring all day in 40 degree heat! Air conditioning was also very welcome as was the well stocked mini bar - this felt reasonably priced in comparison with local shops and provided a few local Italian aperitivo as well. We had a balcony which offered an excellent view of the sunset over the tuscan countryside. When we arrived and realised we were on the 5th floor, I was very grateful to note there was a lift available to take us and our bags up. Lorena is roughly 20 minutes walk from the duomo but you aren’t too far from other points of interest. We spent €10 in a taxi to get there from Santa Maria Novella station and it was €18 to get back and the host was very helpful in arranging this taxi back for us. When we arrived, the taxi driver pointed out a restaurant on the corner (out of the gates and turn left) which he said offered the best bistecca in Florence. We were dubious but tried anyway and it was incredible - if you want authentic Italian cuisine and company would highly recommend skipping the walk back into the busier areas and going here instead. It is worth noting that some of the rooms face onto quite a busy main road. While this was not an issue at night, in the morning this was quite loud from early on - best to make sure the shutters are fully closed as we found this (plus a couple of bottle of chianti Classico) made for a peaceful lie in. All in all we had a wonderful stay in Lorena Suites, all was fantastic and we cannot wait to find an excuse to come back and visit!

Cleaning lady Arena was excellent. But the management/owner was very rude. But the room was very good.

Hotel validissimo, si trova circa ad una mezz’ora a piedi dal centro, che se si vuole si può tranquillamente fare a piedi altrimenti a due passi c’è la fermata per i mezzi! Staff professionale cortese e attento! Camere spaziose e pulite con cura. Il palazzo un po’ antico, ma appena si varca la porta del b&b ne rimarrete stupiti!!

Perfetta soluzione per soggiornare a Firenze . Equidistante dal centro e stadio e Mandela Forum raggiungibili a piedi in 15’. La stanza era dotata di tutti i comfort e ben arredata ed accessoriata. L’impressione avuta sin dalla prima mail di richiesta informazioni ,con rara quasi immediata telefonata di replica da parte della Signora Vera, è stata quella di interloquire con persone professionali ma molto cordiali al tempo stesso , una volta in struttura la famiglia che gestisce il B&B si è distinta per disponibilità ed accoglienza. Ulteriore nota positiva la colazione consegnata in camera con puntualità ed estrema gentilezza dalla Signora Irina. Fast check-in e check out che immagino saranno molto graditi anche dalla clientela business. Davvero complimenti , sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per le future occasioni di visite a Firenze!
