AQA宮酒店(Aqa Palace)

This was one of my worst experiences I ever had in my life. Let me start by saying I had no communication that this is really an Airbnb. Our plane landed late at 6pm and they demanded payment right away. When I arrived to the hotel.. I had to figure it out on my own. The room had a musty smell and no blankets for the day bed. No one could help. Then on the third night we were locked out of our room because they did not give is a key for one of the doors that they told me I didn’t need to worry because its always unlocked. When I called the emergency number for help nobody was available. The blowdryer didnt work so i had to go to dinner with damp hair. Not to mention the crazy LOUD night light that was just outside our window it was 10X worse than NYC. We didn’t get to sleep until 3am due to noise outside our window!! Do yourself a favor and DONT book at this place!!

We do not see any personal team in 3 days and 2 nights. If you call them, they will charge you $50 per call. They do not provide you any whatsap number but we received several whatsap text asking for payments of city tax after we leave the property. We never see how to get the balcony showing in the promotional pictures. No elevator or it was close all the time.

I would not recommend staying here at all. Our room was standard room with a horrendous musty smell, air conditioning did not work, It had a room in the back with an open window in the ceiling with no way to close it. Room filled with mosquitoes and water would either turn off or turn cold. Would never stay here again! No on-site management. They responded to emails but with no real solutions. Called someone to repair the air conditioning but could not come until we were no longer there. Very frustrating! No adjustment for all these inconveniences. Sty somewhere else!!

This is the most bad smelling hotel I ever had to endure, a horrible experience! If you want to spend a night in the sewage of Firenze… Pictures and reviews on several sites are misleading and corrupt.

Ac leaked oil all over my suitcase and clothes Was dirty and staff was unresponsive

The hotel is absolutely lovely Species rooms, comfortable beds, huge space for clothes and other stuff. There is a nice living room to sit and relax with coffee, tea and small snacks The staff is so nice and polite. Great stay. Very recommended
