Exceptional service. So much better than the nearby 4 star hotels. Room is very clean and modern

L hôtel est splendide, idéalement situé à 5/10 min à pied du centre historique. Literie de qualité et un petit + très apprécié : une cafetière nespresso dans la chambre ! Nous avons également testé le SPA privatif qui est certes un peu cher mais qui est agréable après une journée de visite

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questo piccolo albergo situato in centro a Firenze, a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro. L'hotel è una bomboniera, nuovo e curatissimo nei dettagli, le camere accoglienti e comode, dotate di ogni confort possibile (addirittura la macchinetta nespresso e bollitore)! Bagno di grande qualità così come le spugne (asciugamani)! Pur essendo un tre stelle ne merita assolutamente quattro (almeno)! La ragazza alla reception è di una gentilezza e disponibilità disarmanti e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Oltre ogni aspettativa! Complimenti e grazie per averci regalato un ricordo fantastico di Firenze!

Charge 70 euro late check-in fee!!! I did my online check-in 2 days prior to arrival & received an email advising me there would be a late check-in fee. I replied advising this was disappointing as I would have booked a different hotel had I known this at time of booking, but did not receive a reply. I paid for my taxi before at 1.50am and checked into the hotel by 2am. Upon arrival there was 1 man at the hotel, I was just given my room key and shown to my room. There was no mention of sorting out a payment the following morning, and if I was told this, I would have sorted it out there and then as I was not tired at the time or if I had a response to my email I would have stayed with my friends on the first night even though I had already paid for my room. The next morning when I went to reception and they did not say anything about my check-in or outstanding payment as I had paid in full at time of booking. On the last night I didn't get any fresh towels or toiletries. When I checked out, the lady at reception told me to pay 70 euro for late check-in. I said the fee was unreasonable since I advised the hotel I'd be arriving around midnight at time of booking and was not told about the fee till 2 days prior to arrival after doing the online check-in which did not disclose the fee either, she started mumbling rude remarks under her breath in Italian when I asked her to show me the fee on their website/ time of booking and she showed me the reception opening hours on their website but was not able to show me the fee anywhere. She insisted this was normal, I said I work for a hotel and it most certainly is not normal to charge a 70 euro late check-in fee when the hotel doesn't have after hours check-in procedures in place. Otherwise they should have a disclosure on the website advising that there is a late check-in fee after hours, but they do not. They just say check-in is available until 13:00. My friends stayed across the road in a stunning boutique hotel and were given an access code with keys to access their room and did not pay a late check-in fee. I explained that we have a safe for people to access keys after hours and we don't charge a late check-in fee either. I was saying the fee is not advertised anywhere and I wanted to see it in writing before I paid anything. She then said they pay 10 euro per hour for someone to stay back and check me in, now they are saying they pay 17.50 euro an hour. I said if I had known this I would have booked a different hotel or stayed with my friends for the first night, even though I had already paid for the room in full at time of booking. I said I was happy to pay 10 euro per hour from 11pm when reception closed to 2am, when I checked in, not 3am that they made up, because of a delayed flight, but was not paying the unreasonable fee of 70 euro, so she told me to take it up with the airline. She then got her colleague to tell me it was 45 euro till midnight and 75 euro after midnight and kept mumbling rud

Hotel a pochissimi minuti a piedi da tutte le principali attrazioni di Firenze. Posizione ottima per chi arriva dalla stazione (davvero 5 minuti scarsi a piedi!) senza tralasciare il fatto che la struttura è situata in una zona molto tranquilla. Camere nuove, pulite e ben arredate. La doccia un plus con la temperatura indicata! Unica piccola nota che lascio è forse qualcosa in più a colazione ma preciso che tutto quello che c’è ha soddisfatto pienamente i miei bisogni mattutini! Personale e proprietario super disponibile! Segnatevi questo hotel e non ve ne pentirete!

Boutique hôtel charmant. Très bien placé et très propre ! Propriétaire particulièrement gentil et à l’écoute !

Très bon établissement Accueillant, propre, charmant et hyper bien situé par rapport à la gare et au centre ville La chambre était très belle Je recommande Petit axe d'amélioration : mettre du vrai pain au petit déjeuner pour des français ça a manqué 🙂

在佛羅倫薩的好位置，但位於一條小街上，所以交通噪音不大。靠近火車總站和許多吃飯的好地方。甜美、快樂、樂於助人的接待員。 23號房臨街。
