佛羅倫薩紅衣主教酒店(Hotel Cardinal of Florence - Recommended for Ages 25 to 55)

Beaucoup d'escaliers a monter, mais le personnel est exceptionnel, ils vous aideront a monter vos valises en sonnant a la porte. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique, nous pouvons y voir toutes les églises et toit de maisons. Rue avec beaucoup de festivités en soirée, mais aucun bruit dans la chambre.

El hotel está adecuado al precio. Las instalaciones son agradables y muy bien ubicado. Hay que subir dos pisos pesados por lo que no es un hotel para personas con discapacidad. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno bastante bien. Lo único que no depende del hotel es el ruido terrible qué hay en la calle por un restaurante y un bar que están a full hasta altas horas de la noche, esto aún cuando tienen ventanas de protección de ruido de calidad. Si eres de sueño ligero … no es para ti.

Afin d accéder à la réception de l hôtel vous avez trois étages à monter pas d ascenseur. D accord on vient vous chercher vos valises mais cela est dommage de ne pas le préciser.

We were unfortunate to get a room facing the street, which was full of partying people during the night. The walls were also extremely thin so you could here everything in the room next to you and from the corridor. Despite the staff being friendly, offering ear plugs, it was not a pleasant stay at all. We chose the hotel for the terrace, but since they have no parasols, it was impossible to use before the sun came down…

My husband and I spent 3 nights here as part of our honeymoon. On the night of our arrival, the most kind employee checked us in after hours and carried our bags up the many stairs. I wish I could remember his name, but he was wonderful! There was some construction during our stay, and someone in management gave us free drinks and apologized for the construction, even though it was not his fault and out of his control. We really liked these 2 staff members. However, the 3rd staff member we interacted with couldn’t have been more rude. On our final night the air conditioning was broken and the staff member gave us the most sarcastic apology. Then, during check out on October 1st, the same employee asked if we removed anything from the room and gave us a lecture on honesty even though we didn’t remove anything other than our own belongings. He also made a very large deal about the fact that we didn’t have cash to pay the city tax, which we weren’t told we would need. He lectured us about this as well and said it was the first time in 5 years someone paid by card. A real shame, because everyone else at the hotel couldn’t have been nicer.

Very helpful staff. Spotless bathroom. Good breakfast and staff recommended fabulous restaurants.

Hotel Cardinal of Florence was the perfect hotel for us to stay for four days. The service was fantastic, our room was very spacious and the rooftop patio was delightful. And it was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do while in Florence. We would absolutely stay here again!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stairs could pose a problem for some guests. Lovely views from terrace but would have been better if there was some shade. Too hot to sit up there.
