雷萊斯卡瓦爾康蒂旅館(Relais Cavalcanti Guest House)

We loved the central location, the beautiful room, the kitchen down the hall and refrigerator in our room. The 3rd floor location took us away from the noise of the street, but we could peek at the rooftops and down on the Mercado nuovo as they set up in the morning. The absolute best thing about it, though, is the service we got when we needed it. My husband got sick and needed to be seen at the hospital. Anna couldn't have been more helpful. We had to cancel some reservations for the next several days in Rome so he could recover, and Anna booked us a room elsewhere as she didn't have a way to accommodate us. Her information about the hospital was helpful, and she got us a taxi to get there. It's a scary thing to get sick in a foreign country, but Anna was so kind and thoughtful, we are forever grateful. I could not recommend the B&B more highly.

部屋は広くて清潔でした。スタッフのアンナさんから頂いたマップにはレストランやスーパー等の情報がたくさん書き込まれていて滞在中の助けになりました。またマルゲリータさんから教えて頂いた地元のドルチェも美味しかったです。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かって頂き、出発の時間まで 有効に過ごすことが出来ました。また機会があればこちらに泊まりたいです。

Posizione strategica per girare tutto il centro storico a piedi! Ambiente famigliare e molto accogliente, cucina carinissima che ci ha permesso di preparare delle buonissime colazioni casalinghe. Mobilio adorabile e ottima pulizia e ordine. Super consigliato 😀

Very friendly host with lots of helpful information about arrival to Florence. The room was clean, wifi not so great, but you don't go to Florence to stay in and search internet I suppose. Position is super and the coffee and tea always on hand is a great bonus.

I had a wonderful stay at Relais Cavalcanti! Francesca is a super nice host, I liked her a lot. The room was very nice and comfortable, it felt really „italian“. I also liked the view from the window. The showerhead didn‘t work excellent, but it was okay, as long as you don‘t wish to take a hour-long shower. Also the entrance door down the street was super hard to open, I always had to ask people to help me - but maybe it was just me or just my key that didn‘t work that well. All in all I loved my stay and it felt almost like home to me. Would absolutely recommend!

Very centrally located, quite, clean, spacious room and very helpful and friendly owner. From the location you find yourself within minutes from most attractions. Nice street cafes are just around the corner.

Nel cuore di Firenze, posizione super! Camera ampia, pulitissima, bagno grande e fornito (Set di cortesia, phon, asciugamani...) Il relais dispone di zone comuni molto confortevoli e calorose, con arredamenti in pieno stile fiorentino Particolare menzione alla sala comune per potersi gustare un te caldo o un caffé, veramente un servizio gradito È sempre possibile depositare i bagagli anche negli orari non stabiliti per check-in e checkout e usufruire della stanza ristoro e il salottino per rilassarsi, bagno compreso! Le due titolari sono fantastiche Ci hanno dedicato 30 minuti all arrivo per spiegarci, cartina alla mano, tutti i punti d'interesse, compresi i migliori ristoranti, bar, caffè, fornai e persino i supermercatini Sono disponibili per dare consigli anche sui musei Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e trattati come ospiti non solo clienti Bravissimi!! Torneremo

Bella struttura in pieno centro, a due passi da tutto, con camere che affacciano sul mercato del porcellino e splendida vista su Palazzo Vecchio. Stanze pulite e confortevoli, possibilità di disporre di una sala colazione in autonomia . Molto gentile l'accoglienza della sig.ra Francesca che ha consentito una gradevolissima permanenza anche per la nostra cagnolina. Se ritorneremo a Firenze sicuramente sceglieremo questa struttura.

Had a fabulous 3 night stay. Rooms were really comfortable, clean and quiet. Anna the host was wonderful - very kind and helpful. Will definitely return next time we're in Florence.
