伊克諾旅館套房酒店(Econo Lodge Inn & Suites)

When we walked into our non-smoking room it smelled like a cigarette. The wood floors were so dirty. I was walking around barefoot unpacking and my feet were so black on the bottoms. The walls in the room and door frame to the bathroom has black oily hand prints. The light in the bathroom was full of bugs. The tub was leaking and the tub was dirty. We didn't pull back the cover's of the beds. We slept on top of the bedspread. We didn't take a shower because it was so dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken. I wouldn't have let my dog stay there. We will be coming down to Homestead twice a month until September. We are trying to look for a nice place to stay but this isn't it. We won't stay there again and I will not suggest for everyone else to stay there.

We will not stay at this Econolodge in Homestead again. It did not have a safe feel to it. Many repairs and renovations need to be done at this hotel. It's in terrible condiition. The door could have easily been kicked in. There weren’t even two bath towels! I even caught a viral infection while staying there and have been sick ever since. Its only saving grace was the women at the front counter . She deserves a raise and a metal for working at such a dump!

Staff at check in and checkout were kind. Room dirty. Several hairs in the sink, no handle/lever on sink faucet, no cups to drink from, soda machine outside didn’t work, neither the power nor lamp worked on one side of the room. Didn’t use the pool.

Cash deposit required (ATM on site around back in dark area, does not feel safe), check in is through a walk up window, no access to a lobby, no coffee, light bulbs in room burned out, phone did not work, floor of room was quite dirty, towels were the roughest, thinnest I've ever seen. Not a pleasant experience.

Well, let’s start off with I booked online a couple weeks in advance with pay on site, but when I arrived they didn’t have a room for me because I didn’t have a CC on file for them to charge before I arrived they gave my room away. They ended up giving me a smaller room at the same price, but it was filthy. The windows are duct taped on and open. All the furniture and vanity were duct taped to the wall. The bath tub was covered in grime and the faucet was duct taped. The chain latch was broken and unusable. There was mold in the AC vents and the closet door wasn’t attached, just propped against the wall. Oh, and NO hot water. Now, outside… there is furniture and cupboards all over the lawn. Permanent guests who run businesses out of the parking lot all day and night. They party on the walkway at all hours. The amenities were closed to guest, couldn’t get into the office at all, so no breakfast and no help at all. I was there a week because they wouldn’t give me my money back to cancel and go elsewhere. I’m that week, they never gave me another towel. Just the one. I had to go buy toilet paper and towels as well as cleaning supplies to be able to use the shower and mini fridge. Do not. DO NOTTTTT stay here. It’s gross and staff is unpleasant. Plus they make you pay a $50 cash deposit to ensure they get their tv remote back. It’s ghetto as heck.

Horrible experience. This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed so far in the whole USA. First of all i booked a non smoking room, but they assigned me a smoking room. Even after requesting so many times, they didn’t change it. The property is so old. Rooms are not clean. Bedsheets and towels are stained, even they didn’t give any hand towel. Bath tub and basin was cracked and color was off, it just looked like ruins. Sometimes we were getting boiling water from the tap, sometimes no water coming. They advertise as breakfast included, but no breakfast, even not a cup of coffee. The rooms also didn’t have any coffee machine. Doors were jammed, need to put effort to open the doors with room key. No hair dryer, no face tissue, no iron in the room. There was a microwave and fridge, though I didn’t check if those work or not. I had no idea that a hotel that too a chain hotel ( under choice group) can be with such a bad condition, they didn’t maintain minimum standards. Don’t stay here ever.
