Βρίσκεται εντός πόλης, πολύ κοντά στην αγορά και τα αξιοθέατα της Φλώρινας. Ελεύθερο πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο. Άνετα δωμάτια με βολικά κρεβάτια και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο μπάνιο. Θα μπορούσε να έχει μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία στο πρωινό, χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει ότι δεν ειναι αξιοπρεπές το υπάρχον. Απλά χρειάζεται κάτι παραπάνω που να δικαιολογεί το υψηλό κόστος ανά διανυκτέρευση.

Διανυκτερευσαμε 3 βραδια στο ξενοδοχειο την περιοδο των Χριστουγεννων.Και τα 3 βραδια υπηρχε μπαντα που επαιζε μουσικη μεχρι τις πρωτες πρωινες ωρες στο χωρο εξω απο τα δωματια αφου δεν υπαρχει ξεχωριστη αιθουσα.Και δεν υπηρξε ποτε καμια ενημερωση γι’ αυτο. Γυρισαμε πιο κουρασμενοι αφου μας αφησαν αυπνους! Επισης την παραμονη των Χριστουγεννων ζητησαμε ενα τοστ!! για τα παιδια και δεν μπορουσαν να μας εξυπηρετησουν γιατι ηταν απασχολημενοι με το μενου των Χριστουγεννων. Σε οτι αφορα τα υπολοιπα ομορφο ξενοδοχειο,καθαρο περιβαλλον και ανετα κρεβατια.

Καινούργιο ξενοδοχείο στην Φλώρινα στην άκρη της πόλης, αλλά και κοντά στο κέντρο, τουλάχιστον στο κατέβασμα μπορεί κάποιος εύκολα να πάει με τα πόδια. Πολύ ωραία δωμάτια με τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό, που βρίσκονται γύρω από ένα κεντρικό λόμπι με έχει ψηλή γυάλινη σκεπή, σαν εσωτερικός κήπος. Είναι πολύ ευχάριστος χώρος για ποτό το βράδυ, το οποίο και ευχαριστηθήκαμε το ένα βράδυ που προτιμήσαμε να μείνουμε στο ξενοδοχείο. Πρωινό πολύ καλό, όπως αρμόζει σε ξενοδοχείο 4*. Το προσωπικό πολύ καλό, ευγενικό και επαγγελματικό. Άπλετος χώρος για στάθμευση αυτοκινήτου, είτε επί της λεωφόρου μπροστά στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου, είτε στον κάθετο δρόμο. Κάναμε 2 διανυκτερεύσεις (Σαββατοκύριακο)

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο και πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Σε απόσταση μόλις 5 λεπτών απ'ο το κέντρο της πόλης και το ποτάμι. Πολύ καλό value for money.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Close to local restaurants. We would love to stay at this hotel again

We had a family wedding in Florina and this fairly new Hotel was perfect for our needs. Nice, clean rooms with comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely with many choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful which was so nice. They had laundry services at reasonable prices and iron/board available. Overall very nice hotel and I would stay there again.

Good public areas, good breakfast. Advertised as a SPA but SPA still under construction. Poor finish in the bathroom - warped jammed door, broken shower unit, cracked wall tiles in shower.

I stayed here for a few nights with my partner. We visited family in our ancestral village, about 15 kms east of Florina. The hotel was clean and well appointed & quite new and the staff were super friendly and willing to help with advice when asked. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. It doesn’t have its own private parking but we never had a problem parking our car just outside on the street. It is in a quiet but central location in Florina. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly, accommodating and the hotel was clean, nice bar, excellent breakfast with a great variety to choose and the bed was comfortable!

Amazing. Room was very clean, beds very comfortable. Excellent service. Very family friendly the kids love the breakfast. Great location and good parking available on street.

Best hotel in Florina. Highly recommend and will be back

When visiting Florina we chose to stay at emerald hotel and I can guarantee it was definitely a terrific choice. The hotel is situated in the upper part of the city where noise is minimum. Our room was a suite which was very spacious and clean. The master bed was very comfortable,also. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of both sweet and savory treats which you could enjoy on the balcony. Lastly, the stuff was welcoming and eager to help us in any way they could. Would definitely recommend!!
