Everything was fine until we requested to checkout late. Checkout at this hotel is noon. The hotel definitely wasn’t near being full, and we were in town because my husband had surgery in Flowood. When I requested late checkout, I was given 30 minutes extra. I told the desk clerk why we would like to check out late. As I was getting dressed at 11:30, the person cleaning rooms opened the door with no warning (embarrassed me and her because I wasn’t dressed). So, we checked out at 12:30, and I drove my husband around for 3 hours in pain before his follow-up appointment.

The room was clean & the beds were very comfortable! I didn’t notice until I was in the shower that there was something growing in the corner, but otherwise everything was very clean. I just chalked it up to an oversight that could happen to anyone. We will stay again.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Close to many dining & shopping options. Breakfast was ok, but that's to be expected

In Flowood for business, this location is good for things to eat after work. Table 100 is within walking distance and really good! Several close walking distance shops works nicely as the last thing I want to do is drive somewhere after work.

Checkin was smooth, property was clean, staff was very nice. Room was comfy and clean. All around nice experience.

Everything was neat and well-put together smelled great and also made me feel comfortable and secure! I’ll definitely be coming back

Very nice updated suite. It had two tvs and a pullout couch for our toddler to sleep on in the adjoining room. Nice pillows and smooth sheets in comfortable king size bed.

There was no soap (hand or body wash) and no lotion in the room. The outside of the hotel looked nice but the inside did not.
