Chambre familiale vue mer impeccable, très spacieuse à part pour la salle de bain un peu petite en comparaison. La vue mer était incroyable . Terrasse très agréable. Petite bouilloire mise à disposition mais sans nécessaire à boisson chaude, c'est dommage. La salle de restaurant est convenable mais le buffet du soir n'est pas d'une qualité qui nous a convenue (public principalement britannique sûrement moins exigeant en termes de qualité de nourriture). Le petit déjeuner est convenable mais principalement adapté à un public britannique (le full English breakfast que nous avons malgré tout apprécié). Si je devais revenir, je ne prendrais pas l'option demi-pension du soir. La promenade de Limassol est discontinue et il est impossible de rejoindre la ville par le bord de mer à pied sans galérer.

Hotellets lokation er rigtig god, lige ud til vandet. Personalet var flinke og morgenmaden god. Sengen var meget hård, føltes som om man lå direkte på fjenderne. Sengetøj osv var rent, men beskidt andre steder. Køleskabet var helt tomt og det var forbudt at have sine egne madvare med, så forstår ikke helt hvorfor man havde et køleskab. De kunne godt have tilbudt vandflasker.

Awful experience at this hotel and highly suggest you spend your hard earned vacation elsewhere. They do not properly maintain their facility and the front desk staff and management are extremely rude to guests. I slipped and fell on algae filled steps to their beach and sprained my wrist. When I reported this to front deak staff they seemed completely unconcerned and unapologetic. They acted as if cleaning it was an inconvenience and stated that it could not be completed until tomorrow which clearly shows that the hotel staff does not value or prioritize guest safety. The lack of care and initiative to address this issue was highly concerning to myself and the guests that witnessed my fall. The staff didn't even do the bare minimum of apologizing for my injury or providing me dinner or a drink while I was icing my wrist. Further, the front desk staff member asked if he could "assess" my wrist injury and reached out to touch my wrist which is absolutely ridiculous and inappropriate. Lastly they have this awful towel policy where they only provide one towel per guest and refuse to change it even when sopping wet more than once every 3 days which is ridiculous especially for a hotel located on a beach. Further, they dont provide any pool or beach towels. I begged for another towel our 3rd day and was told they provide it on the fourth day but gave us one towel (for two people) after raising their voice and throwing at us. Had better service at 1 star motels.

Quarto familiar muito espaçoso, a vista era boa para o mar e piscina. Num sítio muito calmo. Comer era variado. Tínhamos o avião muito tarde e podemos ficar no hotel depois do check out, fomos a praia, piscina e ainda jantamos no hotel. O staff foi 5*
