I was staying in the hotel Bootcamp two times, in February and April. During my stay in February there was no problems, room was clean and workers on the reception desk was very friendly, so i decide to stay in hotel Bootcamp second time.
Before check in 27.April i payed prepayment on Trip.com online and needed to pay only city tax during check in, but front desk worker did not noticed that i payed prepayment and charged from me full amount. ( hotel price+city tax)
So he promised me that on 29th of April, when the manager will be on duty, they will do a refund to my bank card.
Till today i still did not receive my money back. Hotel replied on my e-mail once, that they have already made a refund and when i asked to send me a proof of transaction they are ignoring me. I called the hotel last week and they told me that will solve my problem. But nothing happened. I am still waiting for my refund, almost one month.
