My family and I were there to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday, we had dinner reservations at 5:30 & missed her birthday dinner due to not being able to get ready in time. My check in process was delayed by the hotel due to the room not being ready. I arrived at 3:45pm, check in time is 4pm & my room was not ready until 4:45pm.
I expressed my disappointment with the front dest staff and asked if there was anyway they could compensate us for the Huge inconvenience, their solution was " a $15 credit to use at their snack store," which was closed by the time we got into our room, showered and ready, and being that we were leaving to catch an early flight the following day. It was closed that morning as well, which means they had no intentions of truly trying to make good on their mistake. Very disappointing experience.
