One of the worst experiences during check in, starting by being badly treated by valet parking guys once explained we'll park by ourselves, then at the reception by not interested girl that wanted to take double payment. Totally different experience during check out - another girl was super kind but promised an invoice was never sent to us. Hotel is nice, well located, but do not expect nothing really particular

The location was great because it was right off the beach but it wasn’t as great the experience. First they have hidden charges they don’t tell you online when you are booking the hotel, you only find out about the charge right when you finish paying (like the hotel $40 fee) and when you are checking in they charge $48 for mandatory valet service if the $42 self parking is full. Additionally, we thought we were going to say in the big building as shown in the picture but no they made up stay in a smaller building across the parking lot. The rooms do not look like they do in the pictures, they are a lot smaller and not that nice. Overall I didn’t enjoy the hotel at all but now I know for next time

해변 얖에 위치해 접근성이 좋았습니다. 하지만 호텔에 resort fee를 박당 40불 넘게 지불했고, 이 금액에는 썬베드와 파라솔은 포함 되어 있지 않아 조금 당황했습니다. 전반적으로 서비스는 좋았습니다

The hotel is located in a nice location and beach front. The main issues are being a very old building and there is only valet parking. Also there are additional fees for everything. Breakfast does not worth $35 (without tip/service)

Very disappointed . Not clean at all, I had to change room 3 times.

您的一些員工需要學習如何與酒店客人溝通。我正走下雙層樓梯前往大堂，遇到了一位正在打掃樓梯的員工。她看著我說“不”繞過去！她沒有微笑，也沒有說謝謝，也沒有為給您帶來的不便表示歉意。我想也許她不會說英語。那天晚些時候，我看到同一位工作人員和我的朋友聊天，她滿面笑容，非常友善。我和我朋友之間的唯一區別是我們的膚色。

This place was very disappointing overall mostly due to cleanliness. We paid extra for a marina view which actually meant a much smaller, much older building across the courtyard. Our hallway smelt like sewage for half the stay due to a room nearby having a plumbing issue and 3 roaches were found in the main building of the limited time we spent there.

The hotel was great. Very helpful would definitely stay here again

El check in en la mayoría de hoteles es a las 3 pm, allí fue a las 4, se llegó esa hora y aún no podíamos registrarnos.Con el tema del chek out, debía realiz**** a las 11 am, desde las 10 am llegó personal del hotel preguntando q a qué horas íbamos a salir. El tema del parqueadero, fue complejo todos los días teníamos inconvenientes con la entrada y la salida, la tarjeta siempre presentó problemas.

Lamentablemente estoy inconforme por que no tiene estacionamiento para los clientes, en esta ocacion tuve que pagar 45 us diarios por el uso de valet que entiendo no debia pagar por estar hospedado en el hotel y eso lo supe despues que estoy en proceso de check in. Esto fue lo que no me agrado en este hotel.

People at the property lied about parking cost $45 per day. The place was dirty they were half an hour late to check me in at 4:30 PM is when I got my room key and I was on the property at 11:30 AM for checking many people that checked in after we got their rooms before me then my room wasn’t even in the main building. It was on the other side of a second building, the only way to get across from one building to another was the skywalk which closed at 9 o’clock. I don’t know what type of person and their evening at 9 PM but that was very inconvenient. Also the front desk with no help for anything and never pick up the phone neither did housekeeping , I will not be coming to this property ever again, and I’m very upset by the fact that this is a DoubleTree by Hilton. Usually a double tree is a high standard, but this was very very far from that.

******* said parking is included, but the hotel charged 48$ daily. ******* say all hotel fees are inclided, but the hotel charged about 50$ per day, Streets around the hotel are in maintenance, city lights are off, that should reduce the hotel cost. Nice Pool, Nice beach with nice access.
