海洋大道汽車旅館(Ocean Mile Hotel)

El lugar se encuentra en una muy buena ubicación, es lindo y acogedor, pero tiene problema con cucarachas, esto empaño la experiencia en el lugar.

It was okay for a 1 night stay.

Mala experiencia en este Hotel, me pidieron $ 40 de depósito q serían reembolsables al entregar la llave, salí a las 7:00 am a entregar la llave del la oficina estaba cerrada y abrían hasta las 9:30 am por lo q no me devolvieron los $ 40 del depósito

Room was VeRY dirty. Ac was turned off when we arrived. Room was filthy. Electric was very bad. Couldn’t charge my phone and use the table lamp at the same time. Just slight movement of the table would turn the light off. Wall switches didn’t work, door locks were horrible. Tv remote didn’t have most buttons working. Couldn’t access tv at all. Toilet was dirty! Had dried blood under the seat Will NEVER stay again.

You have to request for housekeeping to clean the room. Making the bed is one thing but we needed toilet paper and towels. We made a request the next day at 8am and nobody came to the room till 4:40pm. We paid a $20 deposit and couldnt get it back because the office doesnt open till 9:30 and we had an early flight. Someone keeps smoking **** behind the building so if you have the ac running it will bring in the **** smell.

Fuimos por una semana fue un viaje familiar. El cuarto estaba limpio al llegar con eso no hubo problema. El personal fue amable. Pero tuvimos problemas con la bañera ya que se tapó. Nos resolvieron ese día pero a las 10 pm y se informó en la mañana. Teníamos que estar pidiendo toallas porque nunca nos daban la cantidad correcta ya que fuimos 4 y dejaban 2 ó 3 toallas. La estufa estaba dañada y habían cucarachas. La máquina de hielo estaba frente a nuestro cuarto y tarde en la noche iban a buscar hielo y hacían mucho ruido.Pero si están buscando un lugar económico y con buena ubicación está bien.

So, the hotel is the worst place I’ve stayed at. It was dirty, room wasn’t even cleaned and ready for the check in time. But that’s the least of my worries. We saw cockroaches and also traps for bugs with so many roaches on them and immediately contacted ******* and told them about the situation. They contacted the person in charge, Oliver, and he claimed he came to the room, checked it and saw no roaches. The whole time we were in the room waiting for him to come and see everything it he never did. He lied the ******* agent and said they can give us a different room. Well, surprise surprise. This new room also had cockroaches. The whole property is disgusting and unsanitary. Plus they didn’t want to do a refund because Oliver said there were no roaches in the room. I was beyond disappointed with everything there. If I could give them a negative star rating, I would have. Never go there

I would go back. The beds were comfy. The shower had great water pressure and hot water. The pool was clean and enjoyed all the plants around it. If you were planning on using kitchen there were few utensils no pots and pans. The towels and sheets did have stains. The staff was great getting you what you needed so am sure if you asked they would get you pots. If your looking for a five star hotel this is not it. If you are looking for a 3 star then this hotel works.
