It was very nice and lovely place to stay

The property overall was really nice and festive for the holiday season. The rooms were clean as well. The staff was respectful and inviting which is an important part of hospitality. I would surely come back to experience the pool and to successfully get a reservation for the 9th floor. My overall experience was great even though I was there for only less than 24 hours. Thank you.

My husband and I stayed there after we eloped. The stay was fabulous and the staff sent a comped bottle of champs to our room. I do have one complaint. Many friends and family called ahead and tried to arrange something special at the hotel. They were all told that the reservation could not be found. It seems this was a top down decision. I feel the hotel could handle this situation better in the future. Front desk staff could be trained to say that this certain hotel does not accommodate requests such as that anymore for so and so reason as opposed to lie to my friends and family who are just trying to do something nice and then they get worried that we don’t have a reservation.

The location was excellent. Lots of amenities and restaurants in walking distance. Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very responsive to my needs and addressed my one issue promptly. One major problem is lack of free parking in the area and those per night destination fees. I don’t quite understand what they are for. It should be included in the cost of the hotel stay not an addition fee that’s taxable.

Excellent property and location. Very clean, updated and ample room and bathroom. The shower was very nice. Comfortable bed and nice view. The front desk, bar and valet service was excellent, not so the housekeeping department. Our room was not cleaned even though they are supposed to do it daily and asked specifically to have it done on our 2 night stay. When asked for replacement towels since we did it get new ones, it took almost an hour for someone from that department to bring us a set. The front desk manager was kind enough to offer compensation for this inconvenience. Other than this incident, we would return to the hotel and we highly recommend it.

Service at this hotel was great from beginning to end. Bri at the front desk was amazing! Very courteous and informative about everything in the area. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Direen served us at the restaurant in the morning and she was also great and attentive. Overall everyone was extremely pleasant and willing to help. Keep up the amazing work!! It is also very conveniently placed by a ***** full of shops and restaurants and the riverwalk.

The water in the toilet appeared yellow as if urine was present even after flushing repeatedly and the floor smelled of **** when i specifically requested a nonsmoking floor with my 2 minor kids present. The restroom fan didn’t work, and the lock on the restroom door was also broken. For the amount i was charged, I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed in the outcome of my stay at this property.
